設施齊全，有茶壺，有茶葉（雖然沒喝），燒水壺是我很少見到這麼乾淨的，二樓床也舒服。感覺商務好幾個人一塊的話，一樓也可以玩牌喝茶娛樂，很方便。
房間比較安靜，下面有配圖是窗外的景色。出門不遠就是北寺塔，地鐵打車交通都比較方便。
出來遊玩特別適合，離觀前街，平江路，山塘街，虎丘，西園寺，寒山寺距離都不遠。贊贊贊贊

環境很差 根本不值近1千塊錢房費的價格
房間有黴味，牆面都是滲水
早餐也難吃，麪是夾生的，衹有6個桌子，高峯期人擠不下
房間價格亂來，節假日和平時價格漲了快5倍
關鍵你不值這個價格！！
酒店大廳有合作的騙子旅行團，千萬別報！很多人上當了！

酒店衞生挺乾淨的，整體環境很不錯，設施齊全，電視可以投屏，附近就是景區，交通也很方便，去了山塘街，晚上的夜景很好看，還有免費洗衣服務，很方便，服務也很好，住了這麼多家酒店，這裏的服務很舒心，下次還會來。
