環境：周邊吃飯逛街都很方便
服務：前台服務很難評，多要幾瓶礦泉水還要收費，還以為是多好的水，結果就是康師傅而已，300多一晚的酒店這個吃相實在有點太難看

房間設施比較全，但是衞生不好，比如牆角蜘蛛網和灰塵、床頭卡片長黴、本子和夾子裏面外面都是灰、鍾和應急手電筒沒電、蚊子很多，可能是和養綠蘿有關。早餐還可以。我覺得可能是因為現在經濟不好，為了節約成本，但是衞生基本工作還是要認真仔細安排。

酒店位置很好，就在步行街的門口，同時距離吳江景點也比較近，交通方面總體上還是比較方便的，硬件設施比較新，乾淨衞生。

位置，環境尚可，硬件我要説了，插頭有問題，插不進去，另外礦泉水沒了，軟件我讓客房送兩瓶説，三元一瓶，好吧，還不如一些經濟連鎖酒店，那我就不喝了，另外沒有空調，晚上有些冷，説是管道維修，無法供暖，呵呵
