Hotels near Ouyuan Garden in Suzhou

- This accommodation is near Pin Jiang Road (5-10 minutes walk) - The only thing is that taxi can’t stop right in front of the hotel but on the street which is about 2 minutes walk. - The staff are amiable and friendly. They try to accommodate to all our needs and even let us check in around 9am. - we had a pleasant stay here and the room was comfortable 👍

The hotel is in a scenic area, but it doesn't feel noisy at all. Instead, it feels like people are in the scenery. The accommodation experience is excellent! Although the breakfast is a bit too simple, there is no shortage of delicious food in the scenic area, which does not affect the experience at all. And the store's service is considerate and thoughtful.

I really liked to stay at Hampton by Hilton hotel in Suzhou. The facilities, equipment and environment in particular are excellent. The breakfast is included, big choice of food. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of Chinese guests at the hotel. But as a foreigner, I would like to add that it is easy to stay here for foreign guests as well, because the stuff of the hotel try to help with all the issues and it becomes really comfortable to live at the hotel. I would like to thank in particular the administrative person, Melody, for her kind help to me as a guest of the hotel with administrative registration. Also, the room is very clean, the view from the window very beautiful, can see the river and the center of Suzhou, the hotel room is beautiful and comfortable, also here is a comfortable table and chair for working on computer if needed. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to other guests.

Very nice place, with an in-house bread bakery. Must try their bread varieties. Snowed on 2nd day of arrival, not sure if is common but is common +-0 degrees, with winds🥶🥶 Nearby amenities, grocery (7-11-like) shops, common eateries, bites, bubble teas, coffees, and restaurants. Quite good location, nearby ancient scenic sites, pingjiang street, humble administrator garden. Wary of Dec winter period though, several sites will be closed due to cold harsh weather. There's a nice looking shopping mall 环球188, near the suyue square, but is quite some distance away

Acceptable with that price over 100 yuan per month. I can walk the Pinjiang street and enjoy the ambiance. The disadvantages are those things: I have to pull my heavy luggages on the rough and uneven path from the main city road. The laundry is too expensive and not convenient by asking for 9 coin, 2 yuan for detergent. The room seems ancient and cramped.

The environment is quite good, very close to the scenic spots, and it is very convenient to have late night snacks on a commercial street. The service is also very good and friendly! ! I booked a bookish king bed. The room on the fourth floor near the back is newly renovated and relatively new. Quite spacious. The service is very considerate, and it is very close to the subway station. It takes 5 minutes to reach Exit 1. It is the right place to choose when traveling to Suzhou.

Housekeeping was really thoughtful. Saw that we bought bottles of water from a convenience store. When we came back after our tours, they refilled our rooms with bottles of water and left a note. Really appreciate the initiative! Location is excellent. Easily accessible. Near Pingjiang road. Fairly walkable to other Suzhou tourists spots, if not, there is a metro station nearby. Most of the reception staff dont speak english, but it was not much of a problem.

If you want to visit the garden, it is a good location. There is a small round forest inside the B&B where you can take photos. The room hygiene needs to be improved. But in terms of cost performance it's okay.

Location is great and within walking distance to Ping Jiang Street and Shuang Ta food building. It's easy to get transportation via didi app to travel to various unesco sites such as Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou museum, Master of the Nets etc. Accommodation is great. Staff asked if we prefer the room facing the bustling street or the residential area which was serene with birds chirping in the mornings. Hotel breakfast was sufficient and mainly local fare. No laundry service but hotel has a laundry room which is great! Service staff team are attentive; the chambermaid, laundry room lady and reception were very polite and service oriented. I'll return to this hotel again!

I have to say that this hotel makes people have a better impression of Suzhou. The building was formerly the former residence of Wang, wife of Pan Zuyin, an important minister of the late Qing Dynasty. It was built in the 10th year of Qianlong's reign in the Qing Dynasty (1745) and has a history of nearly 300 years. After renovation, the entire Jiangnan mansion now has a total of 27 rooms. The location wins, ”a Pingjiang Road, half of Suzhou City”. Staying here is like living in the ancient city. You can find delicious food and fun when you go out. The cart selling rice cakes is right in front of the hotel. If you don't pay attention, you will find popular cafes and Internet-famous snacks. It only takes ten minutes to walk along Pingjiang Road to the Humble Administrator's Garden and Subo. Pingjiang Road is too busy, but staying here can feel the tranquility of the old street in the early morning. The soft light is perfect for taking pictures. Favorite details: The door key is very unique, and the white disc is the sensing area. Floor heating throughout the house, adjustable light sensitivity throughout the house, touch desk lamps, automatic sensor night lights, and wireless charging for mobile phones. The water purification system from the high-end series of Culligan in the United States, the tea table can freely switch the water temperature between 0-95 degrees, and there is no need to wait if you need different water temperatures. It can be said that the function is as modern as the decoration is ancient. I booked a Garden Room king bed and was lucky enough to get an upgrade to a deluxe king bed when I checked in, which gave me a lot more space. Snacks and fruits were prepared in the room in advance, and there was a turndown service. After returning to the room at night, hot white fungus soup was delivered. The group purchase package includes tea making by the fire and Hanfu experience. After dressing up in the Gusu small building next to me, I went downstairs and saw the teapot on the stove was already chugging... drinking tea, taking photos, and watching the bustling people on the other side of the river, it was so relaxing. Breakfast was very satisfying. The red soup noodles are toppings of braised pork and river shrimp. There are porridge, small wontons, soup, steamer dumplings, siomai, steamed cakes... The only thing is that the coffee is a bit overwhelming. The service was excellent. I made several inquiries and reservation calls before checking in, and my attitude was very patient. I found that the charging head part was stuck in the charging port of my mobile phone late at night. I asked the front desk for a toothpick to deal with it. After a while, a toothpick and a bent paper clip were delivered, which was quite considerate. One night in this hotel is not enough. I don’t want to check out, I don’t want to go home.
