Good service and upgraded our room to bigger room for free. It's under renovation now so the room isn't the cleanest and the area isn't the most convenient. However the staff was excellent and provided necessary amenities for comfy stay.

The location of the hotel is very good. The Pingjiang Road Pedestrian Street at the door is suitable for relaxed and leisure travel. There are various specialty shops nearby: eating, drinking, and enjoying Pingtan. Humble Administrator's Garden, Subo, Lion Grove, Couple Garden... can be reached within ten minutes' walk. The hotel facilities are very good, quite new, and very clean. The quilts and pillows are very comfortable, and the service attitude is also very good. If you want to visit the garden, it is a good location. There is a small round forest inside the B&B where you can take photos. The room hygiene needs to be improved. But in terms of cost performance it's okay.

It was wonderful, the service was very good. The room was comfortable, I love bathtubs and the room was not very spacious but it had a bathtub and it was perfect. The location of the hotel is perfect, it is not noisy but it is a good tourist area, perfect for walking and not having to take extra transportation.

When you go up to the room, you have to go through a very steep and narrow staircase. If you are going with elders or companions with inconvenient legs and feet, you need to think carefully. Hygiene: You have to go through a long corridor before entering the B&B. There will be a little smell, but it is not heavy and it is acceptable. In addition, the room is clean and the host will provide cleaning supplies. Environment: It is in a private house, so the environment is more life-like. Service: The host of the B&B is very polite Ps. There are many restaurants outside the hotel, and it is convenient to find something to eat; it is also very close to Pingjiang Road, Guanqian Street, etc.; the scenic spots also include the Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove, etc.; in addition, the hotel is about 5-6 minutes away from the subway station, which goes to Suzhou. There is only one stop, which is very fast. There are only two stops to Qili Shantang. If you are afraid of cats, please be careful. There are many cats in the B&B. There will be one waiting at the door in the morning😅😅

From Shanghai to Suzhou, Xue reserved a night for ➕ half a day. The itinerary has Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum, so I booked this homestay hotel, got off the high-speed rail, took the subway to Beisi Pagoda Station, and it took ten minutes to take Xue Xue. The hotel is very new and clean, the reception sister service is also very good, we brought two babies, this room is too friendly to the second child! Less than three minutes from the hotel is the Humble Administrator's Garden. After the Humble Administrator's Garden is played, the Suzhou Museum is further ahead, so this location is first-class, the hotel is located with various Suzhou specialty restaurants, as well as KFC, Starbucks, and the whole family. It is simply too convenient!

The hotel is convenient to everywhere. The museum, Humble Administrator's Garden, and Lion Grove are just a few minutes' walk away. In the evening, you can go to Pingjiang Road to eat snacks and watch the night view. If the road conditions are extremely congested, make travel plans in advance. The hotel gave me a small gift when I checked in🎁The bed was very comfortable and there was coffee and tea in the front lobby. 2 bottles of mineral water were given as a gift when checking out, thank you to the beautiful woman at the front desk🌹

Really a big room, more than what I expected. With two super king beds, which are good enough for our family of five members. Near to Metro Station Line 4; just two stops from the Railway station. Breakfast is nice with fair choice of variety. A comfort stay of three nights in Suzhou.

If the hotel has a smart toilet, at least you won't have to worry about the cold weather; the air conditioner is not very good, and the air volume must be turned up to feel good; the hotel only has one washing machine and it feels dirty, and there is no dryer. I think the hotel's towels and bath towels are clean It's probably not much better, so I think this hotel is more suitable for short-term stays. There is no peephole in the door, and there is a staircase that leads directly to the living area without going through the front desk. Please pay attention to your own safety! The soundproofing in the room is really poor. I fell asleep listening to the hearty laughter of the handsome guy next door. Please pay attention to your privacy! The price-performance ratio is not high. In fact, it has a sense of life, but the transportation is really inconvenient, and the hotel is not high-end like a B&B. Maybe the rent is too expensive and passed on to consumers. There is not much storage space in the hotel. There is no place to put things. The smart phone is stuffed on the TV cabinet and under the coat rack. It is very inconvenient to get clothes when the time comes. The smart devices didn’t work very well either, and Moda couldn’t be connected. Press the switch button to turn it on or off. Who knows whether it is on or off? What kind of scene lighting mode is useless? Why don’t you install more sockets? There is only one socket on the bedside, and you need to use the desk lamp. Very nice place, with an in-house bread bakery. Must try their bread varieties. Snowed on 2nd day of arrival, not sure if is common but is common +-0 degrees, with winds🥶🥶 Nearby amenities, grocery (7-11-like) shops, common eateries, bites, bubble teas, coffees, and restaurants. Quite good location, nearby ancient scenic sites, pingjiang street, humble administrator garden. Wary of Dec winter period though, several sites will be closed due to cold harsh weather. There's a nice looking shopping mall 环球188, near the suyue square, but is quite some distance away
