Suzhou Villas

I had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou. The hotel is close to key attractions like the Suzhou museum , administrative garden etc. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. They assisted me with everything I needed and made me feel welcome. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a traditional Chinese architecture and a stunning garden. I loved taking photos in the garden and admiring the scenery. The hotel also offered free unlimited entry to Panmen, a historic scenic area with ancient gates, bridges, and temples. It was a great way to explore the culture and history of Suzhou. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Suzhou. Only thing that I do not like about the room is the tap. It’s the traditional type where you have separate hot and cold tap, making it less functional but it does fit the overall design theme of the hotel. Lastly , the hotel may like consider switching to big bottles for the shampoo/ shower gel so reduce waste and more environmental friendly. I will recommend this hotel to whose who like to have a different experience. Great value for money.

Polite front desk clerk. Room was OK, kind of average but no complaint. Window glass was unbelievably dirty that you don't want open the curtain even sunshine was beautiful. What really surprised me was breakfast. Food was obviously not matching Shangri-La brand equity. Maybe it was due to weekend promotion but no idea. When we arrived the table was not ready. I waited for the table yo be cleaned. A young lady came with tablewares. Before she did any cleaning she dropped the tablewares on the table and then about to clean. I asked her why she did that before cleaning. She realized something and moved the tablewares to a chair (CHAIR!) which is another surprise. But the best part has yet to start. She used a mop to rub on the table. I could see some food residues turning into paste and spreading on the table. The rest was wiped off to carpet...! Can you believe? How did you guys train and qualify new staff before the start working? I complained to the manager. Fortunately He understood and and cleaned the carpet. Shangri-La was one of my favorites. Hope it will continue to be.

Facilities: All necessary facilities include gym, swimming pool, yoga room, conference room, breakfast, etc. Hygiene: clean and hygienic Environment: Good, very suitable for people who want a quiet vacation Service: The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, and the room aunt is approachable and responsive to all requests. Recommended

Hands down one of the best hotel I stayed at. The service was impeccable and it was all possible with excellent staff. Really appreciate the arrangements made for my anniversary!:)

The first trip in 2023 will start from Suzhou just like in 2022. What could be more satisfying than a trip to a hot spring in winter. 🛏【️Hotel Guide】 📍Detailed address: Hualuxe Hot Spring Resort Hotel is located in Wujiang District, which belongs to the East Taihu Lake Tourist Area. The specific address is No. 555, Pingbo Road, Hengfan Street. 🚗Traffic strategy: The hotel is relatively far from the urban area. The nearest subway station is Suzhou Bay East Station on Line 4, but most people still choose to drive there. There are plenty of parking spaces here. 🌟Highlights and features: The biggest feature of the hot spring hotel must be the hot spring. The hotel is adjacent to Wangyan Hot Spring, and there is an internal passage for direct access. At the same time, many room types in the hotel are also equipped with private hot springs. I booked the soup room this time. The soup pool is on the balcony, which is much larger than expected. It is more than enough for a family of three to soak together. It really feels good to soak in the hot spring while basking in the sun. ⛱Hotel environment: The toiletries in the guest room are good, especially friends who come to tea can try it, the green tea tastes very fragrant.

Staff are very good , welcoming everyone , check in and checkout was very fast and easy way , all the team are cooperating, Ms.kathrine on front desk was very kind to guide us doing Covid-19 test. The breakfast was great , the setting area is very comfortable , great location as well. Strongly recommended this hotel and plan to stay for my next trip to Suzhou as well

Lovely hotel, the grounds were really nice and the staff helpful. It is a large complex so there were carts to take you around. We only ate the breakfast but it was quite good. Lots of fresh food and a good selection. The drinks option at the bar was poor though. They only had beer or tea, even though the menu offered many more things such as cocktails and soft drinks. It also took them over an hour to realise they didn’t have these available which spoiled the evening somewhat. We used the spa and the massage was fantastic and the service very good. We also used the hot springs which were nice- however the receptionist was very rude and condescending. The indoor hot spring was more of a kids play pool which spoiled the experience, especially as there was a regular pool next door which could have been used for this.

The hotel is located very conveniently at the Xinghai Square, having access to the subway, being very quick at the several high speed train stations or the freeway. The staff is super friendly and very very helpful in Lamy cases. The hotel itself hat aged and you can see it, nevertheless the staff always do everything to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible.

very nice lake view. convention location. good western and Chinese breakfast. we enjoyed the walk around the hotel and the lake. There's some construction noise starting late in the morning. When we are back in the afternoon, it was ok. Mr. Sivan Xu is very helpful who got us a very nice room to avoid the noise as much as possible. We are lucky that we didn't book the other one in he neighborhood. This hotel might have the best location and view on this side of the lake. can't wait to revisit again.

This hotel has a lovely atmosphere, we were greeted with so many happy faces. We got to check in early with a free upgrade, which was pleasant and kind of them. The room is so nice especially the bathroom. The bath tub is amazing so is the shower. It has everything you may need. We were taken to the crowne Plaza next door for the buffet breakfast by a buggy. The breakfast was fantastic! The only slight disappointment was the pool is nothing like the picture shown and it was out of service.... This wouldn't stop me from staying again though.
