Suzuka Storia Hotel Reviews

Stayed for 2 nights to visit Suzuka Circuit. We didn't drive, so we took taxis everywhere, though the station and bus stops are close by. The room was clean and the breakfast was quite good. However, the hotel is somewhat old and the nearby FamilyMart takes a bit of a walk to reach. A slightly lower price point would better reflect the age and convenience of the hotel, but overall it was a solid stay!

Staffs are super friendly here, facial mask, bath salt, tea are provided, room is clean and comfy, location is great with lots of food nearby, Aeon mall just 15 mins walk and the local restaurants nearby the hotel have many choices, a great experience here and high recommended

Bad services

The staffs are very helpful. Location is good which close to train station and decent restaurants. Overall experience is very good.

I wish to have a bit more cleanliness. And the smell of the room is too strong that made us uncomfortable

Nice & clean hotel

The hotel rooms do not offer Wi-Fi, so please bring your own mobile data. The rooms themselves are not very large, and being adjacent to the street, they can be quite noisy, so please bring your own earplugs.

Some of the hotel facilities were a bit old-fashioned, and the mattresses were rather soft. We (2 adults and 2 children) booked two double rooms, but were assigned to different floors because the staff said there was only one double room per floor. Otherwise, it was acceptable.

It's a rather old hotel, but very close to Hiratacho Station, making it convenient to get to Suzuka GoRanger Park. The booking showed a 3000 yen charge per child, and an additional 7000 yen for my two children, supposedly because one was older. As a result, we ended up in a small room that was more expensive than other rooms I booked normally.

Free coffee was available for a limited time. Breakfast was varied and, although not extravagant, was substantial. I would like to stay here again.

The room was small as always, but it had everything you needed, and the cleanliness was truly excellent. Facilities: All Cleanliness: Very good Environment: Clean and tidy Service: Warm and welcoming Japanese rooms are indeed small. People from China who are used to staying in 40-square-meter hotels often feel cramped in a small Japanese room for the first time, but the cleanliness is truly outstanding.

The room was spacious and comfortable! The desk was also spacious and it was easy to work there. The shower faucet only had cold water and hot water, so it was difficult to adjust the temperature.

I would like to use it again. Thank you very much.
