This was a very pleasant stay, it's a well maintained guest house with large spacious rooms. The staff were helpful and sold water by the reception. It is located well in the town with plenty of access to cafes and restaurants. The pool is situated a short walk from the guest house which is a very lovely space to hang out and cool off. The bathroom functioned well with a good shower, however there was some mould on the ceiling. The room had yellow curtains which did allow for a fair amount of light through in the morning which some may find disturbing. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel is located right in the center of town and is very convenient. The room is spacious for the price and functional. The only issue is that there was no hot water for the shower　in my room. Overall, it is a good choice considering the cost.

A pleasant environment with large, clean rooms and an excellent mattress and pillow. There is no safe. Everything works, but not perfectly, but with a little adaptation it's fine. There are four floors without an elevator, and the building lacks air conditioning in the common areas. There is an excellent pool 100 meters away, which is free. There are windows, but behind grates that prevent them from opening, and the curtains are not blackout. Ratings take price into account.

The hotel is very well located in Battambang's historic district. The shower water isn't hot, which is the only downside for the price.

Что касается удобства, то в хостеле нет лифта, но четыре этажа с винтовой лестницей. Имейте ввиду, у кого много вещей. Придется нести все самим, помочь не кому. из персонала только девушка или парень (ночью) на ресепшн и уборщицы. Убираются хорошо, каждый день, без напоминаний. Можно ходить в бассейн в соседний отель, видемо один хозяин. Бассейн и зона отдыха хорошая. Хостел рекомендую, недорого и можно отдохнуть у бассейна в свободное время., комната просторная

Check In : 12.11.2025 Check Out : 13.11.2025 Location : The hotel is located at the heart of the city. It is just 5 mins walking distance to the central market and the old town of Battambang. It is easily walkable to a lot of the must see city destinations. It is easily accessed by all means of transportation and quite near to the Giant Ibis bus station. Lobby : The lobby is small yet clean. The guy manning the lobby is very good. I can see a lot of motorcycles parked inside the lobby which means the hotel allow the motorcycles to be parked inside. The safety is commendable. I love the safety it gives. Room : The room is spacious. I got what I paid for. The bathroom does not have any fan blower to take out the odour. Hence after doing business, I kept on flushing the bowl. The bed is good and the mirror is okay. The room is old but cozy to sleep for the night. The furniture is old and the mini bar is super ancient. Facility : The hotel does not have any elevator. So elderly and disable have to think twice to stay here. I dont think it has a GF room. The pool is not in the hotel. You need to walk a bit to the other place. Satisfaction : 95%. Noise level is low. I get a very good night sleep in the hotel. I can recommend it. For just a night sleep, it is a good choice. For long term, go to other place.

We just arrived, reservation made on Agoda. Error in the reservation: we confirmed a room with a fan (supposedly) and that's what appears on the order form. Our reservation is €18 / 2 nights. We ask to change and take the reservation 2 nights €20 with air conditioning (still on Agoda). The young man at the reception refuses and says that it's 5 dollars per night more to have the air conditioning! This is borderline dishonest. Fortunately we only booked 2 nights. Another "scam": the swimming pool is not in the hotel but in another one 100m away. And to find out, you have to read all the details of the ad: usually I look at GOOGLE, I didn't have time to do it: I would have booked elsewhere!!!🤬🤬🤬 By the way, and although I don't use it, the TV doesn't have a control either!! The one star only applies to the receptionist. The room is clean! The wifi is not very good!!!
