Booked their 3-course gourmet break for a venue of 11 persons. The food was excellent from the very first snack to the last petit-four. We expected fine gastronomy but this was an evening we will remember. French cooking techniques and innovative combinations at their very best with Nordic style. The restaurant is surely soon on the best awards list. The hotel and the surroundings are charming, with attentive and down to earth attitude. Such a stay is going to be addictive… thanks!

We recently stayed at Hotel Stella Maris for a client offsite with two days of workshops and work sessions, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The staff truly stood out. They were incredibly attentive without ever being intrusive. Coffee and beverages were quietly refilled before you noticed, snacks were always perfectly arranged, and throughout the stay everything just worked without needing to ask. The kitchen deserves special mention. Both lunch and dinner were excellent, with consistently high quality and thoughtful menus that kept everyone happy. The setting itself is fantastic. Beautiful surroundings and a calm atmosphere made it easy to focus during sessions while still feeling like a proper getaway. Our clients loved it. On top of that, everything ran smoothly from start to finish. No hiccups, no stress. The rooms are also lovely, and combined with the scenery, it really completes the experience. Highly recommended for both professional offsites and a relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful weekend at Stella Maris. The place is located in beautiful and quite surroundings. The rooms are stylishly decorated and clean. The food was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We had the best of times at Stella Maris. What a breathtaking place. We had room 20 with our own little garden. Having breakfast and diner in the beautifully decorated restaurant (with sea view) was a feast. We spent a full day with our books at the seaside in the Sika Design furniture, watching the boats go by. This hotel is a Real Star of the Sea!
