First, the downsides (there are more of them, unfortunately). 1) We arrived late (our plane was delayed) there is no reception, just some booth in the bushes. They gave us a key and told us where to go. When I asked, "And if we don't find it, can we come back?", they answered, "I'll wait 5 minutes and then leave." So, the guy wasn't doing anything, but he didn't bother to at least show us the entrance. They found us quickly. But we were afraid of being left outside at 2 a.m. (if something went wrong). 2) The blankets were yellow, dirty and torn, the sheets were no better. 3) The balcony door was hanging by one bottom hinge. By the way, it was never fixed. 4) The kettle barely worked, but somehow heated up the water. The next morning it simply died. 5) The stove also didn't turn on. We were left without dinner. 6) The elevator broke down 3 times in 7 days. We were on the 8th floor. The elevator is very old, which is normal for it. 7) We had a late flight, there is nowhere to leave our suitcases. There is no reception, so we had to leave our suitcases right outside under a tree in 33-degree heat for the whole day. If it had started to rain, we would have flown away with wet suitcases. With such a big hotel, you can’t find a place to store suitcases? We were there in high season, there were no free rooms, and you can’t extend your stay in the apartments either. If we had known in advance, we would have booked an extra day separately from the tour operator. Pros: 1) great view of my house and the mountain (where the moon rises at night); 2) excellent Wi-Fi. 3) shops across the road. A large supermarket is 10 minutes away. 4) not far from the center of Sveti Vlas. 5) not far from the sea, but you have to go around the buildings. 6) the kettle was quickly replaced, a new stove was installed the next day. 7) there were dishes in the room, but a very small saucepan and one small frying pan. 8) There's a restaurant on site. It's full in the evenings, so it's best to reserve it in advance for dinner.

Pool: gut Sauberes Zimmer, Bad nicht sauber. Kein Willkommensdrink. Bordwäsche wurde nicht gewechselt.

Отличный отель! Ухоженная территория и номер. Небольшая кухня со всем необходимым. До моря 5-10 минут. Через дорогу магазин со всем необходимым. Рядом остановка общественного транспорта. Можно прогуляться до пристани Марина Диневи, центра города.
