While the cleanliness could be improved, the location is very close to my workplace, which is convenient.

This is more like a Motel, not a hotel with bare minimum amenity. This hotel have no lobby. You would have check-in with Cafe downstairs. The hotel room have no refrigerator and AC. You would have to keep the window open all night during the summer. I don’t know why they still keep the bathroom heater on in the middle of July? You will be staying on second floor(only floor that’s open now), the noise from the cafe downstairs and the street throughout the night. (bring earplugs) The room was not very clean, we found soda can under the bed. The only advantage, it is close the bus station and city center.

Centrally located, right next to Swansea market, within 5 mins walk to bus station, both railway station and beach are within 15 min on foot

The room wasn't really clean and just below standard for the price paid for. Breakfast options were below standard and there could have been hot meal options like an English breakfast.

I AM A SWANSEA GIRL ALTHOUGH LIVING AWAY. THIS IS THE 3RD VISIT TO THE DOLPHIN WITH MY HUBBY TO VISIT FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THE STAFF ARE AMAZING FROM LATE AT NIGHT TO A 6AM CHECHOUT FINDIING A CAB IN TERRENCIAL RAIN. ALSO THE HOUSEKEEPING . WE ASKED FOR A FEW LITTLE ITEMS THERE IN MINUTES. IF I HAD AN ASK A MINI FRIDGE IN THE ROOM.

Room is tidy, quiet and spacious, and the location is convenient to train station (ard 10-15 mins walking distance).

The hotel is situated at a very strategic place. It's very close by the bus station. The ambience is very nice. The hotel is clean and pleasant. I stayed in a double bedded room. The breakfast was good. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Even cheaper if you book it directly. Brilliant staff, but there's construction outside, very noisy in the early morning and late night.

Great value for money. Nothing is luxury but if you just need somewhere to sleep in the heart of Swansea you can't go wrong here. Great location, friendly staff and good basic facilities. Happy I stayed here.

You get what you pay for room clean but carpet at bathroom door soaking and the smell

In the middle of town, loud shouting and drunks all night. Didn't get any sleep

I was cold in the room  The radiator was not emitting much heat and the bathroom was cold  I would like some compensation for this  The room 236

The hotel was very noisy and I could barely sleep. The carpet was very old with stains on it. The bathroom shower curtain was equally old and stained. There were no charging wall sockets by the bed. If you are looking for a short, quick overnight stay, you may be able to endure the very poor service but for the price of a room, one is better off paying a little more to get better value.
