"The owner is a local, kind and accommodating. The family suite on the top floor is particularly spacious, perfect for families traveling with elderly and children. It consists of two relatively independent rooms, each with three large beds and a tatami mat, two bathrooms, and a large living room (part of a tea room) where children can play and the elderly can chat. The background is perfect for photo opportunities. While the furnishings aren't comparable to those of a star-rated hotel, they are clean and hygienic. The elevator doesn't go directly to the room, so you have to carry your luggage up one level. There is a spacious balcony on the third floor for hanging clothes. If the guesthouse doesn't provide breakfast, you have to eat out. The elevator is very close to the scenic area entrance, a five-minute walk away. If you want to climb Fanjing Mountain without too much fatigue, it's recommended to check in at the guesthouse a day in advance, climb early the next day when there are fewer people, and stay another day after descending to refresh yourself before heading to the next attraction."

"Just got back from Fanjingshan and I *have* to rave about Homyue Resort! Its location is absolutely superb – just a 10-minute drive from the Fanjingshan scenic area, and Yunshe Ancient Town is within easy walking distance. It was incredibly convenient to return to the hotel after a day of exploring. We booked a river view room, and opening the balcony door revealed beautiful views of the Taiping River. Waking up to the sound of birds in the morning was so much more pleasant than an alarm clock. The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation was impeccably clean – even I, who am quite particular about cleanliness, couldn't find a single fault. The breakfast spread was quite varied, with Western options like bread and coffee readily available. It certainly fueled us up perfectly for our hike up Fanjingshan. On evenings when we didn't feel like eating out, we ordered the sour soup fish at the hotel restaurant. It was incredibly authentic, and the staff were so thoughtful, even reminding us that we could request less spice. A special mention must go to their outdoor pool – it was incredibly refreshing to take a dip after hiking, and the water temperature was perfect. There's also a lounge area nearby where you can grab a drink. On our departure day, as we had an early bus to catch, the front desk kindly helped us arrange a taxi. The driver arrived punctually, and we weren't delayed in the slightest. The only minor drawback might be that it can get a bit busy on weekends, so you might need to go for breakfast a bit earlier. However, the overall experience genuinely exceeded our expectations. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Fanjingshan!"

"I took my children out to explore the mountains and rivers during the summer. Let’s talk about this B&B where we stayed! The room in the B&B is very spacious, with good lighting from the floor-to-ceiling windows. There is a tent leisure area on the roof, where you can take photos, drink tea and chat, and have a KTV in the evening. It is quite interesting. It seems that the boss has really put some thought into it. The service of the lady at the front desk is really good. She called in advance before check-in, upgraded the room type for free, and also gave breakfast, which is great! Although the hotel is a bit remote, the air is really fresh. This B&B is very suitable for families and children, traveling and vacation, and it is highly recommended to stay!"

"The house is more than ten minutes' walk from the scenic area. It is very quiet, clean, and has new facilities, smart toilets, disposable toilet mats, etc. The boss is very enthusiastic and took the initiative to upgrade the room as we were traveling in the off-season."

"The most surprising surprise of this trip to Guizhou was at the end of the trip. Because I came to Fanjing Mountain, I stayed at the Yunshe Village Shuxingzi B&B not far from Fanjing Mountain. This is a small village surrounded by mountains and rivers, like a paradise, beautiful, quiet and orderly! Shu Cinema is among them, with elegant decoration and considerate service.
