Rooms were super clean and neat. The AC works very very well! They provide free water, coffee, and candy. Room service is great. Staff is very friendly.
Not directly in the city center; however, it is close to it and to a metro station, so you can enjoy quiet times in the hotel and access all attractions easily.

GGuest UserWe had such a beautiful and memorable stay at Ohla Barcelona! After coming from an 18-hour trip, we truly appreciated the early check-in and the lovely upgrade, it was the perfect welcome and exactly what we needed. The location is absolutely ideal, especially as a pre-cruise stay, and being our first time in Barcelona, Ohla set the tone for our entire trip.
The staff were all incredibly nice and friendly, making us feel at home right away. The cava and chocolates waiting in our room were such a sweet and thoughtful touch, but what touched us most was the handwritten note congratulating us on our anniversary, it made the moment even more special. Thank you Iraia and Andrea.
Breakfast was also fantastic, with a great selection of delicious options. I have to give a special mention to the mini croissants, they were absolutely divine, melting in your mouth with every bite!
We would also like to especially mention Fatima from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast experience was perfect. She was so warm, genuinely friendly, and attentive. She even prepared us some really good lattes, which made our mornings even better. Her kindness and hospitality truly stood out!
We will absolutely book here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Ohla Barcelona, for making our first visit to this beautiful city unforgettable!

BBaliSiennaThis is my second time staying at this hotel, and it is not as good as the first time. We upgraded to a suite room, which cost an extra 280 euros. Because we had an early flight, we arrived at the hotel after 10 o'clock, and thought we could check in earlier. As a result, the hotel said that there were rooms available, but if we wanted to check in earlier, we had to pay an extra 180 euros 🙂 Well, there is a check-in time. It is reasonable not to allow early check-in, but I just feel that I have never encountered this before, and we upgraded to a suite near Passeig de Gràcia when the room was empty... I have stayed in other five-star hotels before, such as Four Seasons and even Amman, which allow early check-in when there are rooms... This hotel is really too stingy. The room only gave a mini bottle of body lotion for two people staying for two days, and the shower gel in the shower room was empty. We found it when we went in to take a shower. The water in the shower room would flow to the bath, and the bathroom door in the living room was broken and could not be closed. There was no chocolate or anything like that in the turndown service at night, so stingy.

GGuest UserThis was the worst hostel experience I've had in Spain. There were no privacy curtains on the beds and the soundproofing was absolutely terrible. Checking in at the front desk took an incredibly long time, and unlike other hotels, they didn't offer any pre-registration service via email.
The quality of your dorm mates is completely a matter of luck, and unfortunately, I was assigned to some very inconsiderate ones. They were still chatting loudly at midnight, and at 1 AM, someone was showering, getting ready, and packing their bags, making so much noise that it was impossible to sleep. There's a supposed 'partition' at the head of the bed, but it's utterly useless for the lower bunk.
Since I only stayed for one night, I didn't use any other facilities or services.
Seriously, no privacy curtains, no privacy curtains, no privacy curtains! It's that important.

GGuest UserAmazing Hotel . Stayed here 3 nights and the location was amazing . They have a pool which is cold during this season . However in the summer I’m sure it’s perfect . Also the rooms are decent size with opening windows and also they have amazing staff who keep your room tidy !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel welcomed and valued.
The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water, toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi.
The location was perfect – conveniently situated close to key attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to suit every taste.
Overall, it was an excellent experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and top-notch service.

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel close to tram for access to surrounding areas, if your paying by cash for deposit though it’s 200 a night cash, debit or credit card is 100 a night also some of the euphoria rooms the sun is gone from balcony at 1pm so make sure you request a room with sun, the rooftop pool closes early when events are on, & other pool is full extremely hard to retain a bed. Otherwise hotel & staff are amazing

TTravel and discoverNot upto the standards of a 4 star hotel. This one is like a 2 star. No tea kettle or coffee machine. They provide a used blanket covered with one bedsheet on each side of it. That's more like a hostel standard.

TTerraThe service was fast and they will very attentive. Amazing experience. Really happy to choose this hotel as my first trip to Barcelona 🤗 if there is taxi service it will be even nicer although there is a taxi stand opposite the hotel and Uber app in the country. it still very difficult and time wasting. Overall I will still come back again because of the hotel amenities and services. 🤗
