GGuest UserThe hotel was fantastic, the people were great! The only problem I had was they had a washer and dryer to use but it took 4 hours to do two loads of laundry that cost me $30.00. Because we were traveling backpack that was one of the most important things on our trip. So it was a great disappointment. Other than that the hotel was fantastic and again the customer service was really good. I would definitely stay there again just make other plans to do laundry.

SShalzy WorldTook a while for check in ( the staff couldn’t accept cash and needed another to assist) only advantage was that it’s just beside the hotel. Even though I paid the city taxes via cash n requested for a receipt, none was given n was told to wait for check out. At the point of check out, no proof of payment was reflected. It’s kinda an old hotel as well, can be seen from the room. The toilet towels won’t that clean as well, had lipstick stains
