Nantou Hotels with Pools

Pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The room is a tatami room with comfortable futon beds. The highlight is the lovely view of the lake on two sides of the room. The layout is similar to what one finds in a typical Japanese onsen hotel with wc that is separate from the bathroom. Pajamas are provided. So nice to be able to soak in our private onsen bath after a day of activities in SML. The breakfast is amazing in terms of quantity and quality; it is however geared towards Asian food. Bagels are delicious. The hotel is opposite one of the entrances to the walkway around the lake so it’s convenient for strolls around the lake. Wish we could stay for a few more days.

Every year, I take my parents to Sun Moon Lake, and this time I was really looking forward to staying at The Lalu. Although we had dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, the noise from a nearby private room significantly impacted our dining experience. Aside from that, all the hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The reservation staff were very thorough in their explanation before our trip, but they didn't mention that some limited-edition dishes in the restaurant needed to be pre-ordered, which left me quite disappointed during dinner. Afterwards, due to various issues with our Chinese restaurant dining experience, a hotel manager personally stepped in to appease and resolve the situation. This showed that the five-star hotel truly maintained its high standards in customer service. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

房間很大，乾濕分離。馬桶還有免治坐墊。還有一個很寬敞的浴池。早餐滿好吃的，中西式都有，前一天就自己喜好點餐，以套餐的方式出菜。飲品還可續杯。環境優美有渡假村的fu，另玩還有滿大的戲水池夏天小朋友可以玩水。有多個停車位，停車很方便。距離6號高速公路交流道不到5分鐘，交通方便。到埔里市區也很近。總之，是一個很推薦民宿渡假村。

All service staff are friendly and polite, making people feel at home. The buffet breakfast is rich and delicious. There is a swimming pool in the atrium behind the hotel to cool off and play in the water. Parent-child activities are perfect. B3 is where all the facilities are, including a gym and hot spring bathing... Since the hotel is located at the entrance of Xitou Park, the hotel also provides a free shuttle bus, which is very considerate.

The environment of the homestay is comfortable, the first floor equipment is everything, the room is simple and clean, the bathroom water pressure is strong, the bath is very comfortable, it is a good place for family and friends to gather and build a house.
