MMuniz PedroIn Shenzhen, near the Bao'an International airport 19 minutes by DiDi. 5-star hotel at excellent price point. I love the classic luxurious style. It is my preferred hotel to stay when traveling to Shenzhen. This time the room was in the Tower A, which seems to be more modern than the rooms in Tower B. I loved it more! Spacious, clean, attention to detail is impeccable.

KKaltsit.My stay at Shenzhen MO was absolutely perfect! I have to give a special shout-out to Ms. Tipo, who was incredibly warm and attentive. She gave us a detailed room tour and offered fantastic travel recommendations throughout our two-day stay – so thoughtful! All the staff were very friendly, creating a wonderful service atmosphere. The location is super convenient, close to UpperHills and a park, which was great for traveling with seniors. The executive room and lounge offered stunning views, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the turndown service had great attention to detail. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Shenzhen!

The executive lounge also offers a great selection. The facilities are well-maintained. Upon arrival, a staff member proactively opened the car door and helped with our luggage, making for a very pleasant travel experience.

GGuest UserBooked this room last minute during Chinese New Year, and the front desk upgraded us upon check-in! We got a room on the 8th floor with an incredible 270-degree view and a huge balcony. It was a one-bedroom suite, and everything inside was clean, spacious, and upscale. Intercontinental never disappoints – truly amazing and such a great value! From the toiletries to the hotel facilities, the staff's service and smiles, and the incredibly rich breakfast, everything was perfect. We'll definitely be back!

FFanfeiThe Shangri-La Nanshan offers an excellent location, directly facing Shenzhen Bay. Conveniently situated below the hotel is The MixC, a high-end shopping complex with direct access to the metro station, making travel incredibly easy. A 20-minute walk from the hotel takes you to Binhai Park, where you can enjoy a seaside stroll, experience the vibrant atmosphere of Nanshan, and even glimpse Hong Kong in the distance. The hotel itself is upscale and grand, blending Chinese and Nanyang styles to create a refined and elegant, yet warm, luxurious ambiance. All staff members, across various departments, were polite and enthusiastic. The buffet breakfast on the 66th floor was abundant and delicious, and the afternoon tea at the Executive Lounge was also quite good. Though my stay was a brief two nights, the Shangri-La Nanshan will definitely be my top choice for future visits to Shenzhen Bay.

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are great. The room has a Dyson hairdryer, which is very comfortable for drying hair, and Jo Malone toiletries, leaving a pleasant scent after showering. The pool area lighting at night is beautiful, with LED light shows playing, making it a perfect spot for photos and check-ins! The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and helpful.

YYyy1cantOn vacation in Shenzhen, I missed my return flight. For the first few days, I stayed at the Kaisa Marriott (far from the airport, by the sea), but I didn't want to travel back and forth and risk missing another flight. So, I found a nice hotel nearby. I have to say, the Four Seasons Shenzhen truly lives up to its name. When I checked in, the front desk attendant was incredibly friendly and approachable, which was a refreshing change from the cold, robotic service at some other hotels – definitely worth praising. Then there's the lobby, the natural light is absolutely unbeatable! There's a grand piano next to the bar, and we happened to see someone playing it. The soft sunlight streaming in made for a truly delightful scene, giving me an excellent first impression of the hotel. As for the room, I was very pleased with the fantastic sound quality of the speakers and the superb view. Although it wasn't on a high floor (I personally prefer staying in very tall hotels), the high-rises opposite perfectly conveyed the hustle and bustle of Shenzhen. The hotel's location is also excellent; the Ritz is directly opposite the Four Seasons, it's only about ten kilometers from the airport, and there's a pedestrian street right next door, making it incredibly convenient to go anywhere. Around 10 PM, we had a few cocktails at the lobby bar, and the atmosphere was super chill. Now, for some minor suggestions after listing the pros. First, the lobby bar closes way too early! It stops service at 11 PM. The front desk attendant even joked, ”I also think drinks should be enjoyed until the early morning hours.” I hope the bar can stay open until midnight so we can relax, chat, and enjoy the Shenzhen vibe a bit longer. Also, I hope the doormen can be a bit more attentive. Since there were four of us arriving in a business van, and each of us had luggage, I wished the doorman would react more quickly and have two more people help with our bags, instead of just one person deliberating on how to carry all our luggage. But these are minor issues. All in all, this Four Seasons experience was a quintessential luxury hotel stay. I hope the hotel continues to strive and maintain the Four Seasons' reputation and service. I look forward to even more delightful surprises on my next stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, with Happy Valley and Window of the World right nearby. You can even see Window of the World from your room. I checked in on the last day of the Chinese New Year holiday, and there was a drone show at Window of the World. The front desk service was fantastic; they processed my check-in very quickly. All the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic.

TTsui CimIf you're visiting Shenzhen, this hotel is definitely the right choice! Josh and Cherry at the front desk were so warm and professional. They not only checked us in quickly but also thoughtfully recommended sightseeing routes and local delicacies in Shenzhen, which saved us a lot of time. The hotel's design is very stylish, incorporating many unique city details. The location is superb; it's right next to Central Park, perfect for taking kids to play and feed pigeons for some quality family time. Huaqiangbei, with its bustling electronics market, is just a 10-minute walk away. Plus, there are shopping malls like Junshang and Maoye nearby, so you don't have to worry about food or shopping. Moms, go for it!

EEhdiieWe had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was relatively clean, and when we requested a room change, the staff were very accommodating and assisted us promptly without any additional charge. The cleaning crew was consistently polite and respectful, which we truly appreciated.
We especially loved the beautiful view of the city — it truly added to our overall experience and made our stay even more enjoyable.
There was a minor issue with the mopping, as it seemed detergent may not have been used, but it did not significantly affect our stay.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and found the pricing to be quite reasonable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
