The pillows in the room is very flat and hard to sleep on. For the location, the hotel is located quite far away from Zhiben Station so travelling to the resort can be quite a hassle. But the hotel does provide free shuttle service but you have to pre book beforehand."

"I think the biggest draw and benefit of visiting Dongyuji is soaking in the hot springs to unwind after a long day. Dongyuji's spa area is truly enormous (even larger than Dongtai). Adults can choose from a variety of hot springs, and children also have plenty of pools to choose from! I personally love hotels with saunas and hot springs! Dongyuji's park is also quite large, so early risers won't have to worry about running out of space! There's even a camping area!"

GGuest UserThe accommodation is very quiet, with a cafe and a restaurant within walking distance on either side. It boasts unbeatable ocean views, right on the beachfront, with a small path directly leading to the beach. It also has its own swimming pool. The common lounge is open 24/7 and is air-conditioned. The soundproofing in the capsule pods is pretty good, and the capsule itself can be locked. However, the main entrance door to the capsule room cannot be locked. The walkways inside the room are quite narrow, so bringing large suitcases is not recommended. There are shared bathrooms in the common areas. The bathrooms weren't very clean, but perhaps that's just how things are on an island. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, spin dryer, and a drying area. They offer tour booking services. I strongly advise against the Blue Cave tour as the tour guide wasn't very professional; it's better to compare a few more reputable tour operators yourself. Next time, I might consider booking a suite.

AAnonymous UserFrom August 12-15, I was here for both hot air balloon flight and paragliding. First time in Taitung and the hot air balloon company recommended to get accommodation at Luye township instead of Taitung city. If you plan to hire chartered ride, stay in Taitung city.
The resort offers breakfast (if you opt-in); and dinner at their restaurant that only serves steamboat. The restaurant doesn't serve lunch. Yup, you heard it right, NO lunch and this property is a resort.
Staff are courteous. Unfortunately, my feedback about my room kettle emitting odor after boiled was not attended.
Transportation....you definitely need chartered service.

GGuest UserIt was my first time to come to Nana Bay Galaxy Hotel. As soon as I entered the door, I saw the spectacular lobby. The attitude of the service staff when I walked to the counter made me feel very noble and decent. After all the formalities were completed and I entered the room, I was deeply impressed by the preparations of the hotel. The supplies are all sufficient, and every passenger is treated attentively. Today’s breakfast is also very rich, and it fills my stomach very satisfactorily 😉

GGuest User1. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the hand-brewed coffee was great, but it was a pity that we went too late and some things were not replenished.
2. The hot spring water in the room was not hot enough, and the water in the bathtub would slowly drain away, which was a bit of a waste of water.
3. There was a problem with the WiFi on the 5th floor, and the TV could not be watched. After it was repaired, it still could not be watched the next morning.

GGuest UserThe service staff smiled Mimi and felt good! Breakfast is also very diverse! It’s a pity that I gave such an evaluation. The room is clean as a whole, but there may be a musty smell on the mountain, a lot of hair on the sofa is not clean, the children’s amusement facilities are old and weeds, and the most expected swimming pool does not look very clean. I dare not give the children to enter the water. Very quiet
There are table tennis, karaoke, billiards, children have sandpits, walkers, slides, and anti-mosquito liquid! ! Little black mosquitoes everywhere
