Beautiful, simple, comfortable apartment block "Aquarius 9". In the centre of San Agustín, in a central, busy, sunny position, 20 m from the sea, 20 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: air conditioning. Parking on the premises. Bus stop "San Agustín" 450 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. "Aquarius 9", 3-room apartment 60 m2, on the ground floor. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living room with 1 french bed, satellite TV, digital TV and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 pull-out bed (1 pers.). Open kitchen (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Terrace. Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. 2022-T2833

GGuest UserDie Lage ist sehr gut nahe am Strand. Das Essen im Hotel ist schlecht und man erhält nur ein Tuch für den gesmaten Aufenthalt. Wenn man ein neues benötigt musste man besahlen.

GGuest UserThe facility and the room are very nice. The pool was freezing cold, the heated poll worked like that. The food & drinks need improvement. Sometimes less is more ;-) focusing more on quality would be recommended! We had a dispute about the booking and had to pay extra. However, we did nothing wrong and had to show our confirmation again and again. We found this very unpleasant. There were also difficulties returning the towels. We'll be surprised as to whether our €50 security fee will be charged to the credit card or not. Overall the stay was ok, but we wouldn't come back or recommend it to others.
