Cleanliness and location ***meat good, we had a lack of tea coffee on the second day in the room but we didn't have much trouble. Workers are kind and ridiculous

We booked a room with breakfast, but upon check-out, we found our stay didn't include it. For the price, it would have been much better value if breakfast had been included.

Stay one night in Ankara , good hotel to stay , near Atatürk site. And just some minute to center place Kızılay road.

Beş yıldızlı bir otel donanımı yok,banyo havluları yüz havlusundan biraz büyük rengi gri olmuş incelmiş ve zımpara gibi olmuş böyle havlu kasaba otelinde misafire verilmez ayıptır, çarşaflar,yataklar, yastıklar hepsi 2 yıldızlı bir otel gibi , gerçekten inanılmaz kötü. Ayrıca oda servisinden söylediğiniz bir soda yı bile oda hesabına yaşamayız, peşin almamız gerekiyor diyerek misafiri rencide edici davranışları var. Misafir bir sodanin parasını ödemeden kaçacak ya....

The hotel has a very pleasant and comfortable environment, which made my stay relaxing from the beginning. I would especially like to thank Ferhat, Omer, and the rest of the hotel staff for their incredible help and kindness. When I first arrived at the hotel, I unfortunately realized that I had left my phone in a taxi. The staff immediately took action — they helped check the security cameras, contacted the taxi company, and eventually managed to get in touch with the driver. Throughout the whole process, they were extremely patient, warm-hearted, and supportive. I was truly touched by their professionalism and genuine care. This experience made my stay much more reassuring, and I am deeply grateful for their help.

The hotel was decent, though the breakfast selection was limited; otherwise, it was average. There was a large supermarket right next door where you could buy alcohol (although it's a secular Muslim country, buying alcohol seemed difficult, based on my experience during my week in Turkey).

For a short family vacation where we booked two rooms with our son and his wife, the Ankara HiltonSa, which we had been very happy with on previous stays, made us happy again. It will definitely be my first choice when visiting Ankara.

The hotel is really beautiful. Only Trip. Com lies with the photo of the outdoor pool and claims that the hotel reception would confirm the outdoor pool. The hotel has no direct agreement with Trip.com and the photo of the outdoor pool is still online, although I have already informed by email and chat that this outdoor pool does not exist. The inner pool is small but fine. Breakfast is sufficient and the beds very comfortable. I would stay there again.

The first night they gave us a room by mistake. Because the hotel was full. But the next day our room was changed to another room. They gave us the room we made for the next day, but unfortunately the balcony was part of another room. There was a night club nearby, and the sounds from there came to be heard in the room.
