Our home is the perfect getaway for small families and couples looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Enjoy the peacefulness of the NC mountains and experience what laid-back mountain living means.It features two bedrooms - one boasts of a comfortable queen-sized bed and the other features a bunk bed that is perfect for children or additional guests. A pack-and-play is also available upon request. The two bathrooms (1 full and 1 half) are fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and toiletries. The living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the area. It has a comfortable couch and a lounge chair, a flat-screen TV and a cozy fireplace perfect for colder nights. The lounge chair converts into a bed for extra sleeping or lounging. There are two window AC units in the living room, two portable stand fans in each room and ceiling fans in every room to keep you cool in the summer months. The elevation at Lindville Land Harbor is 3600 feet so it is always cool. Opening the windows will let in a nice fresh breeze. For the colder months, we have baseboard heating, heaters in each room and a gas fireplace in the living room to keep you warm and toasty. We also added outdoor heaters on the back deck for warmth so you can enjoy fresh air in the winter months.Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, countertop dishwasher, toaster, blender, crock-pot, George Foreman Grill, popcorn machine and a Keurig coffee machine.Outside, you will find a lovely deck area with a comfortable sectional, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while listening to the birds or having a relaxing evening meal and enjoying a glass of wine. You can also grill on the deck (bring your own coal). Just a step below, you will find a firepit area where you can enjoy s’mores, sit around the campfire and listen to the sounds of nature (bring your own wood).If you want to balance work and leisure, our home is equipped with high-speed internet ensuring that you stay connected and productive throughout your stay. A dedicated workspace is set-up with a desk and chair for Work From Home possibilities. Think skiing and snowboarding at Beech Mountain or Sugar Mountain while still being able to work during the winter months.Lindville Land Harbor (LLH) offers a variety of seasonal amenities for guests to enjoy.
