Indianapolis Hotels with Pools

We stayed overnight at this hotel. When I arrived, there was a party in the lobby, and it was very noisy, but despite this, nothing could be heard in the room. The room was very spacious. It had the bare minimum for comfort, and usually, in such hotels, more is expected. The breakfast for $15 is not worth the money. In regular hotels, such breakfast is included in the room rate. I’m unlikely to be willing to return there again.

Hotel hardware facilities are very good, clean and refreshing, relatively new. The front desk service is very poor, there is serious Chinese discrimination, the hotel claims 7×24 hours free shuttle service, every 30 minutes, but when we booked the early shuttle, we told us that all shuttle buses were full, and the original shuttle bus had 4 seats, basically for the airline staff, Hotel guests can not have the opportunity, so the so-called free airport shuttle is false propaganda, the hotel front desk is very ** insists that 7×24 hours free shuttle. We coordinated for a long time and finally promised to reserve the location for us, but found that we were deducted $14 per person, it was better to take Uber.

Wonderful experience! Great amenities, everything was very clean, breakfast was tasty, and the room was comfortable! I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice clean hotel. We didn’t even realize until we were there that the hotel had a walkway connecting to the Fashion mall. The bar service was awesome, the bartender was very friendly and made amazing drinks. You can take drinks up to your room as well which we loved. The staff was all very nice and the location was very convenient if you’re doing something in Indy.

The room was spacious enough and clean. The shower pressure was a bit low, and breakfast was an extra à la carte charge with limited options. There's a commercial center, supermarket, and restaurants a short drive away.

They were nothing but kind from the get-go of the staff the rooms were very very clean I thought that it was going to be very expensive for the stay at first but it was well worth $150 for the room that I had got I would definitely refer this to someone else and I would stay there again.

The guy at the front isn't very friendly. I watched him check in at least 12 people throughout the day and never once saw him smile. Customers had to ask him questions. He hardly even looked up and made eye contact with customers. TV did work most of the night and they told us that's normal. After an hour or so they normally have to call maintenance to come fix it. The lady that comes in for him is great. She is friendly and helpful.

Experience was ok, pool was closed, breakfast was bagged. And I was double charged, online and at the site so now I'm waiting for money to be returned, it's just an annoying process. And the 2 amounts were totally different, so I'm confused what I was being charged for.

We enjoyed our stay. My grandson stated, “This is a nice hotel” as we entered the lobby. Crystal was an excellent and accommodating agent at the front desk. The room was clean and hallways were nice even though some were being refurbished.
