The condo features three bedrooms, subdivided into a 2 bed, 2 bath primary suite and a 1 bed, 1 bath adjoining suite with a connecting door. The condo can be rented as an entire unit or each suite can be rented individually. The primary suite has a master bedroom with a king sized bed, a secondary bedroom with two twin sized beds, living room with Wifi and Cable TV, fully-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a washer and dryer. The connected secondary suite, with its own entrance, includes an additional large bedroom with a king size bed, ensuite private bathroom, a small kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, sink and coffee maker, closet, television, and shared WiFi. Have breakfast while taking in the beautiful ocean view and enjoying the breeze from the sizable lanai. Or, delight in dinner along the beach and ocean-front swimming pool, where there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella-covered picnic areas with a BBQ grill.The Kauai Kailani is conveniently located in Kapaa and is within walking distance to Starbucks, Safeway, multiple restaurants, and shopping.
