Great value hotel in Swindon - have stayed twice now . Small pool which is a nice additional Feature and the breakfast and service both good .

Perfectly nice hotel for the price, slightly tired. Had to pay for parking

Everything was ok apart from the pool and leisure facilities were over crowded

My family and I stayed in 2 rooms which inc a dinner package. We had a very warm lovely welcome by the receptionist who was extremely helpful. Our room was not as clean as we would have expected which was a shame but it was nice to have a room with 2 double beds. The handle on one of the bathroom doors was faulty so we had to leave it open when using the bathroom. We had booked the dinner package and booked our table in advance for 7pm. I understand that they were quite busy that evening but unfortunately we still didn't get our food order taken until 8pm. The kids got their meals soon after but the adult main meals didn't arrive until 9pm. It was a long time for us to wait when our children were getting restless and tired. We also by that point felt it was too late to eat and didn't finish our meals. We did speak to the manager and eventually they did compensate for the long wait so we appreciated that. Breakfast was brilliant lots of choice and good timings for breakfast. The swimming area needs a bit of a refurb. Even though there is lots of space it just needs a bit of TLC and a refresh. Other than the few items mentioned we still had a lovely stay with family The receptionists were exceptional and every understanding. They even spoke to us the following day to apologise about the issue with the dinner. We wouldn't let it stop us from staying there again.

After spending a week in quaint old hotels around England it was nice to stay in a modern American style hotel. The hotel has plenty of free parking which is nice for the UK. Staff was pleasant and the facilities are well maintained. I wil definately stay here again nixt time I'm in Swindon.

Excellent reception staff on arrival friendly and helpful, bar was nice and relaxing plenty of places to sit and drink...restaurant looked equally as nice although we didn't eat ...pool looked plenty big and gym facilities looked good to ...we only stayed one night so didn't use everything but I would definitely stay again ...room was a good size bathroom looked a little tired but was nice and clean plenty of towels ect and soap,hand lotion, body wash,shampoo ect was nice for a quick shower before check out.

The hotel is far beyond our expectation! The room is big and decent to accommodate a family of 4. Service is nice and also the breakfast is very yummy~

Very clean and friendly service. Pool was small and definitely more suited for families and the steam room was not as hot as it should've been.

Was a good hotel with good customer service The heating system was rubbish and to loud kept us up most of the you could not sleep due to the noise

Overall its worth the price. Only one downside, which the bathroom was a bit outdated with poor shower pressure. And we chose this hotel at the first place only because of the air conditioner, and it functioned well. There was a big carpark outside the hotel and staff members were friendly.

Nice hotel for a work trip.

The pool was being used for children’s swimming lessons which was disruptive and loud. Other than that, I had an excellent time. Breakfast was very nice, and the room had good facilities.
