The best hotel!!! We traveling as a family with children, and we need to reheat our kids and they’re lend us the microwave during our stay!!! We got breakfast with QVB on background, which nice. Also the hotel located in front of LRT QVB so it convenient when you have to travel to Circular Quay, or somewhere. Also nearby there’s supermarket too which we loved it! We buy groceries (especially beverages) there 😊 Although the room bit compact, it was so clean and feels new. Thank you! 😊

The hotel is located in the city center's commercial district, with convenient access to public transportation, a large W supermarket, and numerous restaurants nearby for dining, shopping, and getting around. The rooms are new and exceptionally clean, with well-vacuumed carpets. The down comforters and pillows are light and warm, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The electric blackout curtains are a nice touch. The bathroom has a strong and comfortable hot water flow (though there's no non-slip mat in the shower, and the tiles can be a bit slippery, so be careful. It would be perfect if the hotel provided non-slip mats for the showers). The room rate includes a double breakfast, and the buffet breakfast on the second floor is plentiful. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, making for a very quiet night's sleep. As a Ctrip Gold member, I was able to check out without a room inspection.

The room isn't huge, but it has a bathtub. The location is excellent, with a subway station, supermarket, and shops right outside, making it very convenient for getting around and shopping. There's also a large two-story supermarket just outside the entrance.

The hotel feels a bit dated, but the location is superb—right in the absolute heart of the city. The service was a little lacking, but for a country like Australia, it's acceptable! It's a decent, no-frills option, especially for those new to Sydney and unfamiliar with the area.

Amazing service, very clean and modern. All staffs were extremely professional. We thoroughly loved the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Location is perfect for everything.

The location is excellent, as it is situated in the middle of the CBD. However, the room is quite small, the doona was unsuitable for summer as it was very hot, the water drainage system was inadequate and resulted in flooding in the toilet, and there was also a stain on the pillowcase.

The Hilton Hotel stay was excellent; staff were very friendly and helpful and location superb with everything at the doorstep. Would gladly recommend hotel to family and friends. Thank you for a wonder stay. Kind regards Iolanta.

Asians please avoid this hotel. Really ****** experience and poor hotel cleanliness, slipshod housekeeping and overall bad service really disappointed us despite the great location. Absolutely do not recommend.

Not as satisfactory as i would expect from a 5 star hotel. Pretty Disappointing

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. The Queen Victoria Building is right across the street, and City Hall is just a few minutes' walk away. Martin Place, Chinatown, Paddy's Market, Darling Harbour, and Central Station are all easily reachable within a 20-minute walk. The surrounding area offers abundant and convenient shopping and dining options. The L2/L3 tram stop is right outside the hotel, providing direct access to Circular Quay, making it very convenient to visit The Rocks and the Royal Botanic Garden. The hotel's breakfast was decent but nothing special, and frankly, it pales in comparison to what you'd get at a similarly-rated hotel back in China. Contrary to some online reviews, we didn't experience any discrimination from the staff towards Asian or Chinese guests. In fact, we were assigned a room on the 41st floor upon check-in. As for the deposit, it was refunded almost instantly. On both occasions, I received the bank's SMS notification of the reversal before I had even left the hotel.

The location of the hotel is beautiful and very convenient, everything is almost perfect.

Our go to hotel in Sydney always feels like home. Great location, great breakfast and facilities. We enjoyed our stay as always.
