Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel at Circular Quay

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Circular Quay, within a 5-minute walk. It's incredibly convenient for taking the tram or train, and also great for shopping. The hotel service is thoughtful and warm. One day, I didn't ask the housekeeper to clean the room, but she still left a little note with some kind wishes inside the room. The hotel breakfast is very rich with many choices. Every morning, the staff would come over and ask if you'd like coffee, brew it for you, and bring it to your table. The taste was superb. The only minor downside is that the bed is a bit soft, otherwise, everything else is fantastic.

Excellent location! This hotel is so convenient for getting everywhere, I saved a lot on transportation because I could just walk to most places. The room service was great, and the front desk staff were very welcoming; they even let me check in early when I arrived at 12 PM. The hot chocolate available in the lobby every afternoon was a thoughtful touch. All in all, it's a perfect hotel, and I'm very satisfied.

My stay at the Marriott Hotel at Circular Quay during my Sydney trip far exceeded my expectations. Exploring the sights was effortless. I booked a harbor view room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered iconic Sydney Harbour views. The sunrise and evening bay scenery were absolutely stunning, creating a truly atmospheric experience. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful rest. The front desk and concierge staff were patient and efficient; check-in was smooth, and they even provided thoughtful local tips. The hotel's gym and indoor pool were well-maintained, and the executive lounge offered a rich and refined selection of breakfast items, drinks, and snacks. Whether for a sightseeing vacation or a short business trip, this is a top-notch accommodation choice in downtown Sydney. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

I booked a room with a view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, but when I checked in, all I saw were buildings right opposite my window when I opened the curtains. I had to stand to the side of the window to barely catch a glimpse of the bridge. This was completely different from the photos when I booked, and I feel scammed and very disappointed. Also, the breakfast selection was extremely limited; I almost didn't want to eat there on the second morning.

The hygiene was absolutely terrible! I can't believe they'd use a floor-cleaning towel for guests to dry themselves with. I've never seen such a dirty bath towel given to a guest. The worst part is I had already used it once before realizing the entire towel was filthy! They said they'd follow up on the issue, but after two days, I haven't heard anything back. It seems they just brushed it off without any resolution.
