My experience at the travel Lodge was fantastic the room was big everything I needed was there my original booking was a day later then it should of been but when I arrived the lady at the desk was there to help and got me all fixed up. I highly recommend this hotel the service is excellent the breakfast is fantastic whatever you need is there or at the desk a small shop to pick things up to get you by. I'd say though some spots in the rooms are lacking some matnience however I really enjoyed my stay and I hope to go back again soon.

Front desk was rude and unhelpful. When I walked in after a long day he disappeared for 15 minutes and we had to wait. Then when he returned he gave us a room that was unmade and dirty. Then when we came back to complain he gave us another room that was unmade and worse than the first one. It took nearly 45 minutes. Not recommend ed.

We booked for 2 nights using an app. When booking two nights straight, it will be more expensive than booking two nights seperately. The first night, the app suggested a disability room. I told the lady at the front desk if that room is needed for someone in need I don't mind changing. The room has a little more space than the 2nd room we had, but overall I would say much cleaner...with a funny smell. The second room, as soon as you get in, it smelled humid and mold; there were mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and all around the tub. Two of the towels were undone as if they were already used, and only has 1 set of towel for a 2 person staying. There were squashed bugs on the wall. On the bed, it seemed like someone stepped on it with their shoes on. (See pictures) All the staffs are very nice. I asked for extra towels and pillow cases and the lady at the front desk brought them to our room.

I booked online and somehow ended up with the handicap/accessible room, next to the lobby. Though I was not there to party, it was new year's eve and there was activity until about 2am.
The bath did not have a stopper so I went to several rooms with a staff member to find one. The one we finally found was completely moldy on the underside. The staff member brought it back to the desk to spray it but it did not clean off, even after soaking it in hot water. Needless to say, I did not use it but would have liked a bath to relax.
I had hoped to use the hot tub but there was a sign that the pool and activity room were not available from Dec 4 to Jan 17th, I think. Part of the cost of the room is the amenities. I think the rooms should have been discounted since these amenities were unavailable.

People partying kept us up all night til 4:35 am … l called at 2:44 am and 3:21 am … the pool hit tub and gym and pool tables were all closed for renovations … and we weren’t informed… and they moved us to the third floor 10 minutes after we got here the the floor was all wet on main floor and didn’t tell us that there was a New Year’s party going on all night… tv remote didn’t work and fridge wasn’t working and when it did kick in was so liud

Walls of room were old and stained. Pillows were very hard. Only 1 washcloth for 2 people. We are repeat customers and will be back.

Basement rooms felt dirty and the hallway smelled Smokey. Mold in bathrooms, dirt in every corner and carpets that are very dirty. Breakfast ok. Beds felt clean.

Pool area is very outdated and unmaintained to the point of being unsafe. Bathtub was rusted and toilet ran constantly.

This hotel was a little more run down than expected. The staff was great and friendly. It was fine for what we needed. Hot tub was not open.
