Not bad. The price is relatively cheap for a Sydney hotel, and the suites are also quite affordable. It's suitable for friends to stay together. All in all, as a W hotel, it's pretty good. I particularly liked the overall blue decor.

The window view was great and the facilities were excellent. However, I arrived early and couldn't check in beforehand. I left my number, and they said they'd call when the room was ready. But I ended up waiting in the lobby until almost 3 PM and had to ask the front desk myself before they told me the room was ready. It wasn't a very pleasant experience.
