A few minutes’ walk from Central Station and light rail and within walking distance of Hyde Park, Chinatown, the Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Opera House, Botanical Gardens, Sea Life Aquarium and several of Sydney’s famous museums, we’re just a quick bus trip from some of Sydney’s beautiful beaches. We offer free all-day tea and coffee in our fully-equipped kitchen, with large commercial fridges and shelving for food and beverage storage, cooled filtered water, instant boiling water and food preparation space and utensils. Check-in is from 2PM, and check-out is by 11AM. Before and after check-in we’ll store your bags while you enjoy the comfortable common area and kitchen. The hotel is clean, but the price per night increased of around 20%, too high compared to other backpackers hotel.

Pros:
1. Very cheap for a room with a private bathroom, and even much cheaper for dormitory.
2. Quiet and warm
3. Free luggage deposit on the day of arrival and check-out.
4. Near central station and Haymarket. Convenient traffic, easy access to cheap restaurants and supermarket.
5. Free to use kitchen that you can prepare your own meals
6. Helpful staff
Cons:
1. Room is a bit dusty (not bathroom).
2. You must prepare all daily necessities yourself, the hotel is more a dormitory than a hotel (acceptable for such low price).
3. Staff is off duty from 22:00 to 9:00 next day, so you're on your own in case you need assistance.

Nice and close to Central Station, so location is a plus. The dorm bed was fine, typical for a bunk. The bathroom door on my floor was always wide open into the hallway, and the bathroom was also apparently unisex with only basic stalls, so don't expect to get much of a sense of privacy there. The kitchen and common areas appeared reasonable and functional, but I was really only here for a flight layover, so didn't really use them much.

Staff were lovely and accomodating, had to check in and out at out of office hours and process was super easy!
