The room is quite big, and the parking is very convenient. But there are two things that are really uncomfortable. One is that the staff chatted loudly when cleaning and tidying the room, and they spoke Mandarin. The echo in the middle of the corridor was very loud, and they were woken up in the morning and at noon. The second is that I brought my own bath towels, so I hung the hotel bath towels on the hanger in the closet, and my own bath towels were hung in the bathroom. When we were out, the housekeeper cleaned the room and tore my bath towels off the shelf and threw them directly in the luggage compartment. On the counter, on top of my grocery bag, dirty and littered, too much

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with free parking. It is the foothold of passing through Sydney. There are supermarkets and various restaurants nearby. The air conditioner in the hotel is not very easy to use

Worst place I’ve ever stayed :( booked 3 nights for 2 adults. The rooms weren’t very clean, aircon wasn’t working for the first hour or so on the 38 degree day we arrived, no hot water in the shower, dirty pillowcases, only one towel, the list goes on…. Staff were able to fix most issues but still not recommending this motel to anyone.

Oh dear this place is awful. Extremely unclean, little bugs (maybe fleas?) in the bed and to add insult to injury no hot water after initial 5 seconds of getting into the shower. You will see from my other reviews I always try to find the positives with my reviews but there was just nothing good to mention here. I seriously considered getting up through the night and sleeping in my car as an alternative.
