"Good Customer Service: Had to check out from Hotel Noorjahan Grand one day earlier due to some issues we had. Hotel Star Pacific was very welcoming in greeting us and accommodated all our needs (late checkout, laundry Service). Great Selection of Buffet: The buffet had a great selection of food starting from croissants to Bengali breakfast items. Rare tea bags like Arjun Tea and Amloki Tea were available as well. Had a 10/10 buffet experience Clean Rooms: Stayed in Crystal Couple rooms. These were the only rooms they had available as we booked just the night before after a mishap in the previous hotel. The rooms had Prayer mats, Sandals, Toiletries, and a Hair dryer along with other amenities. Casa Blanca Restaurant: The Signature Restaurant is called Casa Blanca restaurant where we had the option to choose from Continental, Thai, and many other cuisines."
