The room was very neat, clean, and well-maintained, making my stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Their excellent service made me feel welcome throughout my stay. One of the highlights of the hotel was the beautiful rooftop infinity pool, which offered a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy the surroundings."

"Huge big rooms, very comfortable hotel, friendly staff. Must mention Lubna who was professional and helpful. The hotel looks slightly jaded. Also the entrance is horrible. The Hotel has its reception on the 5th floor which you access through an old rickety wobbly lift. The roof top swimming pool is a big disappointment. Despite being a small tub sized pool, they close it for the flimsiest of reasons. The breakfast too does not inspire and could do with a makeover. Nevertheless for Sylhet city, I would recommend this hotel as the GO-TO hotel!"

"I had a negative experience at Hotel Supreme in Mirabazar, Sylhet. The waiters were very rude to another customer, which I saw and heard. The waiters were talking to each other about putting urine in the food talking in local language, which was really shocking. Additionally, the manager at the front desk also had serious communication skills issues. Additionally, the morning breakfast was of very poor quality, which resulted in food poisoning and an upset stomach. I would advise everyone to avoid this hotel and its restaurants to prevent encountering the same issues. Please note that my opinion is based on my personal experience. Thank you."
