I just loved my stay at Hotel Fiona. Fiona and Michael the owners treated us like family. We got to experience Symi hospitality first hand. The views of the harbour are magnificent. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. They are airy and are in the traditional decor of Symi. There's a shortcut we found to the harbour to avoid all the steps of the KaliStrata. Being in the village is an opportunity to experience the real Symi, its people, food and escape the hordes of tourists below. The sunset views are a bonus. In the heat of Symi, the breakfasts are just right, not too heavy and yet filling. Hotel Fiona offers the best of both worlds, the culture of the village of Chorio with its spectacular views, friendly locals and easy access to the harbour. Thank you to the owners, Fiona and Michael for making our visit so memorable and welcoming.

In May 2011, I spent one night at Hotel Fiona in Symi. The location of the hotel on the top of the hill overlooking the harbour of Symi Greece is wonderful. The owners and staff were reserved but friendly and the hotel room was quite adequate in a traditional style.. There is a nice coffee and pastry shop in the laneway in front of the hotel. The room was clean and spacious with a balcony with a nice view. Everything I could want..I can recoomend this hotel.

I stayed 5 days at Fiona, Symi on the last week of June 2007. The room no. 1 on the 1st floor was very clean and with a magnificent view on Symi's harbour. Breakfast is very basic but this is the rend in Greece. This hotel is managed by old couple, extremely nice and very helpful. I believe that most of the hotel residents would admire their courage and decency. The hotel is situated at the heart of the village which is at least 400 steps up the harbour where are most of activities go on this tiny , tranquil island. To me, this was not a big issue but it might be discourging for some. I have to thank the owners as well as the people from symivisitor.com who helped me locating this room during my holiday.

Everything was great! The breakfast is fantastic as is the room service. Spotless. !I would definitely recommend it as a great location with very nice restaurants nearby. Thanks for everything.!!

En cette période moindre affluence, nous avons obtenu une vaste chambre avec balcon et vue sur la mer à l'étage supérieur. Prix très convenable. Une vue à couper le souffle sur cette magnifique baie et toutes ces adorables petites maisons colorées. L'acceuil est simple et cordial et le petit déjeuner est correct. La cour intérieure est jolie Ne pas hésiter à prendre le taxi pour monter à l'hôtel (environ 5Euros) je n'ose imaginer la montée avec des valises...
