The manager and staff at this hotel are inflexible and were unable to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations, even in the case of force majeure events.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Neighborhood looked sketchy but it was fine walking 10 minutes to restaurants. Good safety - must get buzzed in by front desk. Rooms on first floor had a walkway that was enclosed with a gate that locks after you exit. Room was dark and older looking but clean. Bed and pillows clean and comfortable. I slept well.

Very convenient location and clean room and great free breakfast

I booked a room on short notice without knowing the details. I just stayed there. The room was OK in size and had everything I needed. It was a bit like a motel on the highway. The breakfast was also simple and OK. It was the graduation season at school, so the hotel was really expensive! It just didn't feel worth it.
