We visited the Castle for the Carnival Party and it was amazing. We could pick different type of masks, and we could try medieval type clothes, which was very funny, we felt like we were nobles in a beautiful Castel. The hospitality, the food and the excellent wines made this overall experience unforgettable. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I would definitely come back as soon as I can.

I went with my new found cousin and his family for the first time .The hotel is superb.The people are very efficient and helpful .We loved the wellness centre and pool .Had the best massage ever .The food was top quality.The hotel director even gave me a lift back when he saw me walking with shopping in the hot summer day .There were people from lots of different countries .We talked to a couple who’ve been back for many years.I hope I can go back next year when I’m in Europe .My room was the biggest .We had housekeeping every day .A very famous musician was playing music every evening .Thank you so much for all the stuff for making our holiday so perfect.

I was just looking for locatio close to my morning meetings. This was a big surprise. Pleasent team,clean room Siiner and breakfast in the room deal.for me was perfect since I arrived late aftwr long driving. Bowling is good for evening time..rain day Very nice terrase Parking avalible,but stair to fhe lobby little bit difficult for bags carry Still,good expierience Will comw again

The place is great. Romantic atmosphere, peace and quiet. The food is amazing but must say that othing extra, like any other average Hungarian high quality hotel, nothing new. The stuff is extremely polite, helping and with good mood (really seen in Hungary). Very clean place

Good location. Great view especially from a room with a balcony located in a manor house. We booked half board and were very disappointed with dinner which was very sparse and the selection was not large. In addition, we had a very unpleasant experience. We were stuck for 25 minutes in the elevator. After we were rescued by a maintenance man, none of the staff came to ask how we were! It was only after I started raising my voice that the hotel manager was called at the reception. At first he offered us a 50 percent discount, and after I said that it did not compensate for the terrible experience we had, he agreed not to charge for the stay ours at the hotel.

We had our wedding here last Saturday (British-Hungarian) and I must say we had a fantastic time! The entire hotel staff was very attentive, kind and did their best to accommodate all our requests and cater to our guests from different backgrounds and cultures. Special thanks go to Judit, our events manager and Attila, the hotel manager without whom our wedding wouldn’t have been such a huge success. Another highlight was the food! Given it was a two-day event, we tasted lots of different meals from canapés and sandwiches through buffet breakfasts and dinners, all the way to an elegant three-course meal. On all occasions La Contessa didn’t disappoint; their chef is incredible and on behalf of all our guests, we’d like to say a huge thanks to everyone who played part in preparing these magnificent dishes. I really can’t think of anything that could have gone better and for that reason, you have my highest recommendation and I encourage everyone to go and experience it for themselves.

The castle hotel has been renovated before. The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful, clean and well maintained. During the renovation, what was left of the past has been preserved. (We were in the castle building.) The basement wellness area is satisfactory in all respects. The staff is very polite, the food and drink supply and the kitchen are excellent. (Drink prices aren’t cheap.) Anyone who loves calm and quiet will find it here.
