Great views, awesome pools, wonderful staff especially Oumaima (receptionist) and the cleaning staff of building 3000. Wide variety of food and everything tasted great. On the downside no WiFi, no water and no toothpaste in the rooms

A big disappointment during this visit. The only good thing is the setting . Personnel not professional. Dirty facilities including outdoor and indoor pool, restaurant… Staff are rude and not professional except the girl at the reception who was welcoming , the staff look underpaid and not happy with what they are doing . Room cleaning is not well done and housekeepers are loud , chatting every morning . Someone tried to get into our room and it was scaring especially that rooms are in a forest. At the restaurant waiters reserve tables for tourists who give tips and don’t let you sit near Seaview, Recycling food daily at the restaurant and not sure if they clean vegetables as i almost ate a snail in the sautéed spinach . Animation is a joke. Repeating 2 dances daily. Hotel has seen better days , I have been to all Magic hotels in Tunisia , this one is the worst . Magic should consider getting a fresher, more experienced management and change staff to improve quality.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Thabraca — the food was delicious and varied, the staff incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere felt like home! The shows at night are great and funny we had so much fun with my family and friends

Had a day pass and I can honestly say this was the cleanest, best and well looked after pool I have ever been to, the head life guard was very helpful and did a great job as does your head gardener as the gardens are very well maintained and after chatting to him he was extremely knowledgeable and you can tell he loves what he does. The food that day was also exceptional. I have recommended you all to my friends and will be back again and again. Well done.
