The room was nice, and the temperature was good in winter, but the hot water pressure was a little low.

Excellent! Clean and hygienic. Located in a government compound, security was very good, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again on my next business trip. I'd give it an 8 out of 10.

This is the best hotel to stay in when traveling for business; it's perfect for people like me who need a quiet environment to sleep.

We originally booked a king-size bed room, but the front desk upgraded us to an executive suite on the first floor – wow! Thank you! The facilities were excellent, the cleanliness was great, and the location was superb, right in the courtyard of the popular Bella Restaurant. The courtyard has ancient trees, a former Russian consulate (now the Bella Hotel), a lawn, a tea table, and even cranes roaming around. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in the courtyard of the Bella Hotel in Tacheng, making it convenient for sightseeing and parking. It's an old hotel, a bit dated, but the surrounding environment is nice and it's close to the Red Tower, making it easy to visit the tower. However, it's a bit far from the popular bread and ice cream shops, although the bread bought at the Bella Restaurant is delicious! Tacheng is a pretty little city! I recommend a Sichuan restaurant near the hotel; their 78 yuan set meal includes three large bowls of soup, which is way too much for two people! It's very cheap for Xinjiang!

I didn't complete the cancellation process after checking out, and it's a hassle to book a room online the next day 👿

I've never been a fan of hotel rooms with carpets, it's just too much to avoid... The carpet was quite dirty, and there was a morning market or something outside the window, so it was quite noisy very early. There were no screens on the windows, and parking in the courtyard cost 10 yuan per night. The entrance to the courtyard seems to be a one-way street, so be careful if you're planning to come here!

The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright. It was just one subway stop away, and shopping and dining nearby were super convenient.

The room facilities and temperature were okay, but the front desk service was just so-so. They said they would return the 200 yuan deposit, but it wasn't until I called to urge them 5 hours after I checked out that they finally refunded it.
