不知道這酒店用的是什麼代理商 定了房間後前台遲遲查不到訂單 等了有半個小時 酒店軟硬件都不錯 符合星級酒店的標準 應該塔城本地排名靠前的酒店了 早餐還有蒙古族特色奶茶 值得體驗

很滿意的酒店！通過攜程推薦，個人認為在該地區 應該是排名靠前的酒店。設施設備較新，服務態度較好， 早餐也很豐富， 交通比較便利， 周邊配套較全， 離千泉湖很近。是商務出差、親子游選擇的較好酒店。強烈推薦！

一路北疆遊 塔城沒啥好玩的地方 也沒啥特色好吃的 從烏魯木齊開始都快一個月了 才發現塔城和烏魯木齊才五百多公里 酒店管理有點混亂 體驗感比較差

真心安利！必須給五星，前台兩位小姐姐胡安古麗 和阿麗娜很貼心，辦理入住超快，服務超讚，全程笑眯眯的特別暖心。房間特別乾淨，床單被褥都是新換的，一點異味都沒有，採光也超棒，曬着太陽特別舒服，超合心意！有問題問他們都耐心解答，很舒心，下次還來～

五星級的酒店設施根本達不到。房間的水好小，好小。是水壓不夠還是什麼原因，站在洗臉池跟前洗個臉都要好半天。六百多的親子間，房間太小了。大床旁邊還弄個推拉門，那個門幾乎都不敢推來推去。生怕弄掉了。早都在網上預訂好的，過去辦理入住的時候説房間還沒有打掃出來，衹好帶着家人出去先吃飯。吃完飯回來就在酒店前台站了快半個小時，在等前台服務員給別的客人辦理入住。搞不明白，五星級酒店就一個前台服務員辦理入住的。另外，靠近一樓大廳電梯間附近是因為有個觀賞的水景裏面有魚還是什麼原因，特別腥，很難聞。一出電梯就能聞到很大的腥味。
