Ang ganda ng hotel. 5 star vibes. Ang babait ng mga staff and the buffet breakfast and everything sa food menu nila masarap! I would definitely loved to come back. What an experience ❤️

Our stay at Hotel XYZ was disappointing overall due to several issues with our room. We had to be transferred three times before we were finally given an acceptable room. The first room had a broken door lock, which was a major safety concern. We were then moved to a second room that was not properly cleaned, so we had to request another transfer. Thankfully, the third room was finally satisfactory. Housekeeping also needs significant improvement. The cleanliness throughout our stay was below expectations, and there was no initiative from the staff to replace or replenish our towels, bottled water, soap, or cups unless we specifically requested them. These basic amenities should be checked and restocked proactively as part of daily housekeeping. On a positive note, the buffet was excellent. The food was delicious, with a good variety, and it was definitely the highlight of our stay. I hope the hotel improves its room maintenance, cleanliness, and housekeeping service, as these are essential for a comfortable guest experience.

The hotel is nice and located at the city center. The room looks great and the bed is so huge. Foods served during breakfast are yummy. I also like the live cooking (eggs and pancakes). There is a gym and pool although none did I able to use. The restaurant/bar at the top is so cozy. They have also great food choices, though a bit disappointing with limited choices for drinks. Overall, I love my stay for 3 nights and I highly recommend this hotel.

I love these hotel near to everything, near to Tacloban airport. If you doesn't want to go out there is restaurant at the rooftop and main floor, gym and afordable spa, my family enjoyed it. Linen are good quality except not proper way of laundry the colored become grayish instead of getting white but everything is perfect.

I like the amenities and the foods

This is a great motel lots in it and three beautiful restaurants, all top-notch great pool area workout area, and massages if you want them I would most definitely stay to this motel again the hospitality was great. You can’t ask for any better. They’re on top of their customers and it’s a great hotel.

The room with a double bed is cozy but a bit small. It was quite warm, so I had a little trouble sleeping. To stay comfortable, it's helpful to sit near the air conditioner and enjoy the cool air.

I truly enjoyed my stay there. When I arrived at 9:00 a.m., the staff did their best to prepare my room. I was aware that the official check-in time is 3:00 p.m., but they kindly allowed me to check in around 12:00 p.m., which I really appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant staff were all wonderful. Everyone was smiling and working with genuine care and dedication. I would like to express my special thanks to the restaurant staff, the reception staff, the housekeeping team, and also the staff who always open the door at the entrance. Maraming salamat po. There is just one small thing I didn’t like: my room was located very close to the elevator, so it was a bit noisy. Aside from that, everything was perfect. I will definitely come back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to travel to Tacloban.

Top notch! Rooms were comfy and bed is comparable to high end hotels.. Breakfast was delicious! The spa has very reasonable prices and excellent service.. I wil surely book in this hotel again when I got back to Tacloban

So far the room is clean and the bed looks good also while the comfort room is clean and i have nothing to say

I really liked the hospitality of the staff and I hope to come again soon.
