Disappointed hot water was best just luke warm. No complimentry coffee in room. Electric jug dirty had not been cleaned, wardrobe only one door and very difficult to slide due to damage at bottom. Good location. Resturant is only opened for Breakfast

The kids love to stay there. She's happy. The room is clean. And the staff are friendly. We will stay there again next time

For the price, the only amenity was soap, and the 'hot' water was practically cold. On the plus side, the room was reasonably spacious and clean. The location is great, right in the city center with plenty of dining options nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance. At least breakfast was included.

I had a really pleasant stay at Asia Star Hotel. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable — perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long day. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. I also appreciated that breakfast was included; there was a nice variety of options, and everything tasted fresh. Definitely a great value for the price. I’d happily stay here again!
