Pool not ready by the time we arrived, had to wait few hours till we opted to leave the place and transfer to a different hotel, standard checkin is 2PM we were allowed to early checkin at 12pm, was told that pool is being cleaned up and should be ready by 4pm, imagine the waiting time to enjoy your supposed vacation. Comes 4 pm the pool is still not ready, was told by a staff that we can swim on a portion where its clean. Like ***? The amenities should be ready and prepared for the guest before checking in so they could enjoy it ASAP. But no. Terrible experience.

The location is quite far, you need your personal vehicle so you can go out. But the place itself is very relaxing and clean. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are friendly. They even gave discount coupon for our next visit.

We really didn't expect Brilliant Sky Hotel and Leisure to be this good! The staff are incredibly kind, and the place has a very relaxing vibe. We will definitely book again. I hope this hotel becomes famous; I'll share and post about our 5-star experience on social media. Our anniversary celebration was totally worth it. Thank you to the owner and all the staff, from the guard to housekeeping to food service! 💗💗💗
