Wifi was on and off, staff go inside to check the wifi don’t even bother to say a simple excuse for wearing slippers inside the room, security wise not secured cause the windows are located on passers by area, we didn’t feel welcome at all, if have a problem with the hotel since there are no phone/landline in the room you will need to go back and forth your room and the reception area. We arrive around 10am-11am, was told the check in time is 2pm and will be informed once the room is clean,, lo and behold upon coming back from a short walk and early lunch some of the people who clearly arrive after us was accomodated and was sent to their respective rooms…even upon me hearing that they just arrived and was ask with their details as well, still we are the last to be sent to our respective rooms. Sorry but this experience made me think not to recommend this hotel on that day.
