RedDoorz Plus @ The Ridge Tagaytay

I booked for deluxe twin double but they gave us double room which is too old creepy at the same time super far from what i paid and booked.

Nice view and the best part is the air-condition is really cold  there is also hot water but it will be more convenient if they can provide a towel for the floor because after you shower you will step on the bedroom with wet feet.  Wifi password will be better to post in every room than writing it in the piece of paper. Need more improvement.  But over all it was comfortable.

The room i got was nothing like the photos. I don’t mind budget hotels but this one is beyond disappointing I initially got a room that reeked of cigarettes. After staying inside for 10 mins, i got a headache so i asked to be moved to another room. The second room was smaller, didn’t have cigarette smell, but the bathroom smelled like a public restroom. It is also not well maintained. It doesn’t look like it was cleaned in months. The smell was so terrible I couldn’t take a shower. Globe has no coverage while Smart has weak 1 bar coverage. You can connect to their (spotty) wifi. The good thing about the room is that there is a bed and they provided an amenity kit + 2 bottled water. The location is also accessible to public transport. I stayed at a nearby BNB before. I wish I booked there instead of this place.

The staff are friendly, place is clean, nice view of Taal lake & volcano. Though I don't recommend it for SC with mobility issues. It's also known as Tagaytay Econo Hotel

A quiet very well maintained hotel close to most amenities. Good location, a good price.

It was a good sleep and a great stay
