The place is awesome and the service is excellent. The staff is friendly.

I like its quiet environment, good place to relax.great location. Breakfast served also good. I just think, they are short in staff. Like there’s no one in the reception when guest coming in. You need to ring the bell for you to have someone and assistance.

If we get shower gel or shampoo and complimentary tea, this room would be perfect (comfy bed, good pillows, big room, kettle and coffee, quiet enough for one night) Service is lacking effort in reception. we didn’t need anything, but if they offer we would buy breakfast etc. but no effort from staff at all. Little shame staff is usually what makes the place in Philippines, not here. Location is little far from the views but only 1 km from city center.

Lee Boutique Hotel has a good location. Along the main thorough fare. The rooms are okay.

hotel is quite aged. there was no water in the toilet upon arrival and had to call reception to help fix the waterline since there was a leak. took almost 30 mins instead of already resting. parking on the street level and had to go down the stairs to lobby and check in. still hard during a terrential dounpour. but service was ok. staff was attentive.

Booked two 2-bedroom suite.  Family friendly for space, facilities, location.  Approachable staff.  Highly recommended.  Worth a repeat in the near future.

The toilet smells like a dried urine or what, even after cleaning on the 2nd day still the same. I dont know maybe the exhaust was not functioning well. Television looks like ages, and only got 1 channel. There is no mobile data or internet connection at all. NO WIFI. All you gotta do inside was to sleep. Other than that, room was clean, bed was good and has fresh sheets atleast.

We love the homey vibe of the twin bedroom. Well-maintained. Appreciate the complimentary bottled water and snacks. Shampoo and body wash in sachets, no toothpaste and toothbrush. Staff were polite and helpful but would need more training in accommodating and communicating effectively with guests. Roof deck not maintained unusable. The pool looks okay for a dip.
