Service was so good. Staffs are friendly and approachable. The room is tidy and clean. My daughter loves it. The food is good too.

The room was spacious but the toilet and bath was a bit rusty. They served Filipino food for breakfast and the buffet spread was good. Our room was overlooking Taal Volcano and the scenery was nice. The staff were friendly and they always greet us with a smile.

I initially booked a room for two with a lake view but later added a third person, necessitating an extra bed. The hotel clearly explained the additional fee of 1,500 pesos, which covered accommodation and breakfast for the third guest. The check-in process was smooth and convenient, and there was ample free parking available. The early morning view of Taal Lake was absolutely stunning, and the breakfast was sumptuous. I highly recommend this hotel for family travelers.

The staff are accommodating and friendly. Service was good. Location is excellent. The only thing I noticed was the staff chatting at the receptionist area while the guests were in the queue. They actioned the queries and concerns immediately.

We really enjoyed our stay because what I really love is the view of Taal Volcano, plus the breakfast with my family celebrating also for my mom's birthday.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lake Hotel Tagaytay, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the breathtaking views of Taal Lake to the exceptional service provided by the staff, everything was perfect. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully designed, offering a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit every palate.
