The room is clean. But theres some mosquito, no personal water provide, no shampoo . Then ang wifi sobrang hina .

Superb ! Very considerate po ang owner kasi kahit until 10 pm lang ang check-in time, we arrived in the hotel at around 11pm, the key for our room is already available in the front desk , nakalagay sa envelope with my name on it . Thank you so much po .

Woken up at 06:45am by owner playing music. Who then had a loud telephone conversation under my window. They offer a budget room - no kettle, no coffee, no bottled water, no toiletries, but charge a higher price. Breakfast is advertised as included, but it is only partly. You are allowed 200 pesos free (1 coffee is 100, 1 French toast is 100), after that, you have to pay for anything additional. On arrival, I informed staff that my toilet was broken as the flush did not work. They told me they'd look into it. When I returned, I was informed that I was right, it was broken, and I was given a bucket to flush.

Free breakfast is not totally free,you need to pay additional money depends the price of your meals there Free breakfast mention is only amounting of 100peso and you need to pay for coffee.

Close to port. Easy to get to. House pretty clean. Told reception I wanted the breakfast for night time. And they agreed but when we came back at night, they did not prepare anything. So they forgot our request even though they agreed on it when we checked in. No bottle of water.

They have a nice coffee shop although pricey. Food has little options Pero you can bring in food with no corkage fee. Clean spacious rooms for two single beds. Nice, especially the restroom. Near the port area. Close to market and restaurants.

The room is okay for one night stay. Walking distance to Tagbilaran Port. The complimentary breakfast is also fine considering the price of the room.

Reception staff was nice Otherways no drinking water provided in the room no glasses and no toilet paper (have to ask for it) towels used to be white but now old and yellow room smell bad
