Thompson Suites BGC (One Uptown Residences)

Hi. We recently occupied the flat for 3days (2 bedrooms for 6pax @Room 35V South). BAD EXPERIENCE. I DON'T RECOMMEND. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO IMMEDIATE SOLUTION. On the first night, everything went well as we only occupied 1 room because my other family members haven't arrived here yet. The next day came, the problem arise!!!!The 2nd room aircondition was not cooling and keeps on turning off every 30mins(we noticed it at almost 11pm). I immediately informed the staffs thru our groupchat, initially replied fast with trial and error solution, Followed it but to no good. Afterwhich, no further replies up until the next morning. MEANING, we slept without aircon on that night. 3rd day came, someone came to check the said aircon and promised that a technicial will come and see. And to my surprise during the 3rd night, One staff messaged me telling/applogizing that no technician came and advised to use the fan instead. WHAT? AS IN WHAT? WE PAID THIS FOR 362sgd(P15,450) and you will advise me with that????? AND NOO TECHNICIAN CAME UP UNTIL WE CHECK OUT. NO COMPLIMENTARY WAS OFFERED!!! Verg bas experience and I dont recommend staying here. NEVER EVER!!! Waste of Money!!!

This hotel provides a delightful experience with its impeccable cleanliness, friendly and attentive staff, and comfortable rooms. The amenities are top-notch, and the location is convenient for exploring the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism. The hotel itself is impeccably clean, and the rooms are not only spacious but also thoughtfully designed, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the pillows and bedding to the well-stocked amenities. The hotel's location is also a major highlight, offering easy access to many attractions and dining options. Ma’am Rose was incredibly helpful every time we have questions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Great location. Wifi was good. There was a bit pf condensation from the air conditioning unit and it was right on top of the dining table. Other than that, it was okay. Will book again.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is right in the city center, which made it very convenient to get around. The room was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. One of the best things is that there’s a shopping mall just across the street — super convenient for dining, shopping, or just spending some time. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the city!

Love the view from the balcony, the host was very responsive, they are actually a team that I guess entertained for all the guests and they are very attentive and warm. I ask them to entertain my sister and my family as they are already in the lobby and they are very quick to respond, kudos to the host and team. My only other feedback is the pool access is not available for guests during weekends and holidays but the main purpose of renting the place was during holiday staycation so I'm giving 2 stars for the amenities only. 5 stars for the room itself ( love the interior design btw 😍) and 5 stars for the service cleanliness, the location is superb.

I love the place, it’s quite bigger than expected and you can see the view outside which is amazing. Will definitely book again there. ✨
