Hotels in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig

Anywhere you go on the Philippines expect to get great service. This place was no exception. From the moment our Grab car parked, an attendant came and took our bags right away. They always have someone opening the door for you and greeting you. Check in is on the 5th floor and not on the bottom floor with which we are used to. The room was clean but you can tell it needs an update. Some floor tiles in the bathroom had chips and the toilet seat was wobbly. We ordered room service our last night so we could pack and the food was amazing for the price point. I would definitely stay here again because it is so close to shops and restaurants and again the service is wonderful!

No complain of the location, top. But a few below to show the real quality of the seda studio room -very thin wall, could hear next room very clearly -room has weird arrangement, TV only facing the bed, can't turn to sofa. -oversized dining table placement blocking access to the plugs and ports -toilet paper holder kept falling off -one of the elevators was jumpy, going up -housekeeping didn't replace towels after room cleaning -found sticker still stuck on the orange slice in my cocktail at the ground floor restaurant In short it's not worthy of the value you paid. We had a wonderful stay at Thompson Parksuites Tower 2. The place is perfect for a family of four — spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The host was extremely accommodating and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, it’s one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had so far, and we will definitely be booking this place again in the near future. Highly recommended!

Wow, excellent, rooms are clean, location is good close to BGC , specially to staffs of MY SPace hotel, they help us so much , they are very approachable, in one call they responds right back , Shout Out to the staff of my space hotel, I do really appreciate your kindness ,thank you so much.

Absolutely excellent location, right in the heart of BGC with all the amenities at your finger tips. The apartment was clean and a good size, but would be small for a family. The car service was expensive however the driver was very friendly and helpful and as I was arriving early and on my own, the expense was worth it (although in hindsight probably just as safe getting a Grab). I’d recommend staying here again.

The good: once I had the right room, it was great. Great location with a connection to the mall. Great view on a high floor. The bad: I was given the wrong room from the one I booked. The host did not respond until I eventually had to contact trip.com, and they were able to contact the host. Basically, I was able to get the corrwxt room the next day, which was great except for when i discovered there was no toilet paper anywhere to be found in the room. I was given the wrong combo to the room and wouldn't have been able to enter if it wasn't for the help of the nice cleaner. The room wasn't ready, and I had to wait for cleaning after i arrived at checkin time. I had a LOT of problems with booking this place. If not for all the issues, it would have been great. I guests Goodluck to the next guests.

PROS: Nice location, great set of amenities, responsive host. Room is clean and well stocked (shampoo, body wash, etc). Nice view. AC is fucntioning well. Electronic door lock. CONS: [1] No washing machine (not recommended for longer stays). Laundromat downstairs is slow as hell (will take 3 days just for a kilo of laundry. [2] living room Tv is not working, no TV on the bedrooms. [3] not the fault of the owner but the condo building itself is in bad condition, dark hallways, slow elevators and moldy damp parking floors (smells foul). [4] No electric socket for induction cooker and other appliances. SUGGESTIONS: [1] please add washing machine as an amenity for longer term stays. [2] provide extension cord/outlet in the kitchen area for guest to use the provided appliances. [3] replace the bright roll-up curtains to blackout curtains to block sunlight, particularly helpful for late day sleepers.

Customer service is beyond exceptional.Kudos to Ascott BGC management who made sure to deliver hospitality at it's finest.All Staffs are very attentive and respectful.Amenities are also amazing.This is the place that you would definitely consider yo go back.Thanks Ascott BGC for making our stay very memorable❤
