ROOM AIR CONDITION DOESNT WORK. THEY PROVIDED FAN . BREAKFAST IS WORSE.I WILL NOT COME AGAIN

Convenient location with excellent options for food nearby, walkable, easy access to transit, glass elevator with a view of Taishan, fantastic service, good WiFi with no painful setup/login process. I also especially liked the extra touches like drinkable water from a special tap. This is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at in China.

Been here a couple of times, had a good experience!!! I highly recommend it if you’re traveling to Taian. It’s close to the train station 高铁站

Amazing clean stay

The room decor was good. The location was easy to find. It was a good stay

The room is clean and big. However, the hot water is too hot and difficult to change the temperature. The air condition in the king room didn't work well, but the kid room is fine.

Location is good. Hotel lobby's gold columns are a little gaudy, to be honest. Overall, room looked a bit 'tired' with torn curtain, old furnitures etc. The buffet breakfast was quite good with wide variety for a small boutique hotel. We were pleasantly surprised.

The hotel is great, the facilities are a little old, the curtains creak, the breakfast does not match the hotel star, there are few varieties and it is particularly salty. It is recommended to improve the breakfast, overall it is ok! The location is good, within an acceptable range from Mount Tai~

The room facilities are good, with everything you need, but the hygiene is not very good. There are stains on the toilet and faucet, and the table is dusty. The most unacceptable thing is the breakfast. There is only one meat dish and the rest are all vegetarian dishes. And the eggs have been there for who knows how many days. I was so scared that I threw the egg yolk away.

The new guest was sleeping on the floor in the corridor, and was startled when he opened the door. I didn't know what the hotel surveillance was for, and I went downstairs to remind the front desk, and then I found out that I couldn't lock the door of room 1506 at 2 a.m., and asked the front desk to repair it. It was not repairable. I changed the room to a suite, and it was OK. They didn't help to carry my things, and I carried a lot of bags over. After I changed to the suite, the pipes were exposed on the ceiling of the hotel, the heater was gone, and I couldn't watch TV. I asked the front desk what was going on, and I said if it was not solved properly, I needed to complain to 12315. The front desk said directly, do you still want to go back to that room? I asked her what she said, and she avoided the subject and asked someone to come up to check. It was 2:30 a.m. at the moment. It was really good. Welcome to experience it!
