Considering its location on the summit of Mount Tai, this hotel offers a pretty good environment. The room was quite warm, and the hot water supply was stable. The buffet dinner was reasonably varied and offered good value for money. They also provide a wake-up service for sunrise viewing in the morning, with a guide leading guests to a great spot, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Being the closest hotel to the summit, it's a true savior not having to wake up super early and trek a long way just to catch the sunrise.

The facilities are excellent. Although it's on the mountaintop, it completely outshines all the hotels at Nantianmen, including Yun Chao Hotel. Yun Chao's 1999 "quadrangle courtyard" rooms are tiny, with only a 1.5-meter bed and outdated facilities. If Shen Qi hadn't been fully booked on New Year's Day, I would have definitely stayed there for my entire trip. The hotel's facilities are new and well-equipped, and the TV even comes with an iQIYI subscription, which is a huge bonus! In the morning, staff will knock on your door to notify you about the sunrise viewing. They take you to a spot below the meteorological station, so you don't have to deal with crowds or wake up too early. It's just a 10-minute walk and very convenient.

This is the highest hotel on Mount Tai, and it's definitely worth staying. Stepping into the hotel from the winter cold 🥶, every drop of sweat and every step of the climb felt completely worth it. It's the closest hotel for watching the sunrise, and the facilities are comprehensive. If you're planning to climb the mountain, I recommend booking in advance. The hotel staff will even take guests to watch the sunrise 🌅 at 6:20 AM.

Staying in a capsule, I was quick and grabbed one of the two bunks available. It was my first time, and it felt really novel. It came with charging ports inside, definitely a step up from a regular dorm bed. They even offered a wake-up service for sunrise viewing. So, if you don't want to hike all night but still want to catch the sunrise, I'd recommend staying here for a night!

Great view and provides sunrise sighting service at 5am with wake up call. Location at top of hill requiring futher hike after reaching the top thus slightly inconvinience to get to the food stalls. Unless you eat in the hotel's restaurant.

One of the few hotels on the mountain top. Clean and comfortable but extremely overpriced. As we were there we saw that people can also rent tents to sleep there. Dinner is a chinese buffet, also overpriced and breakfast is seemingly the leftovers from the night before. Unfortunately one does not have many dining options there, leftovers is has been to be.

Good location just above 玉皇庙. Although the hotel design is traditional, the rooms are new and modern. From the hotel open terraces, sunrise and sunset van be seen. Breakfast (RMB 38) and dinner (RMB 88) are payable but the food choices are limited. Front desk staff attitude needs to improve.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times during our visits to Mount Taishan. Located at the top of the mountain, it offers convenient access to witness the breathtaking sunrise. The view is truly one of the most beautiful sights at Taishan.

We were glad to stay for one night after the 6 hour climb following the imperial route to rest and view the sun rise next morning. However there was no clear signage to direct us to the hotel. After much struggle, we finally found a path via Confucius temple. Staff knocked on our hotel door at 4.20am and we gathered in the lobby before 4.40am. Hotel staff led the guestp to a designated area and waited for the sun rise. We were happy to be able to witness the sun rise. Service by the front desk was great. Our phone was not working and the front desk staff came to our room to attend to us. During checkout, we informed the front desk to charge for the food stain caused by us and front desk staff was kind to waive it. Too bad we did not take down the name of the young man at the front desk who attended to us twice. Checkout was fast with walking distance to the cable car station. Would be great if breakfast was not optional and included in the room price.

I loved the staff and the location was outstanding. Sadly the shower was cold and the room was dirty.

Extreme experience, staying at the top of the mountains. A lot of stair walking up to this hotel but worth the effort. Nice scenery, but room is quite small but acceptable.
