My overall experience at Ramada Plaza, Tai'an, was good. The room was comfortable, but the mountain view was limited, offering only a slight glimpse. Unfortunately, the balcony was locked and inaccessible during our stay. Nevertheless, the hotel provided a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Special thanks to the front desk manager and the front desk girl who were on night shift duty on the 16th of May. I was complaining about the air conditiin was not cool. The manage came to check. Then the front desk lady called me the first time to check me out. They offered me a change of room, which I did. Then she called me again to check me out when I moved to the second room. I respect the dedication.. Professionalism to the highest quality. Yes. The second still not cool enough for my standard... Pls do something about it. Location is great, breakfast is above average. What a wonderful stay. Great service and amenities. Staff were so helpful to get to Tai mountain. The location was perfect as it was situated beside a big shopping centre that had a wide variety of shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Mount Tai.

The surrounding scenery is very good, and the huge 2.4-meter bed is basically unmatched by other hotels. Booked into a family room and was surprised by the bath tub in the middle of the room. The elevator does not go to the family room in the top floor, besides that all is good. The reception manager was very helpful and friendly. Really close to the high-speed train station which makes catching our train a breeze.
