She managed to promptly change my room to a non-smoking one, and her dedication to customer satisfaction was truly appreciated. The new room I was given was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Hot/cold drinks, fruits, desserts, miscellaneous grains, eggs, cold dishes, hot dishes and other varieties of regular meals, as well as Shandong specialty pancakes, are full. The hotel also has Hanfu prayer, 13th floor copying the scriptures overlooking Mount Tai and other special services, interested can participate.

Special thanks to the front desk manager and the front desk girl who were on night shift duty on the 16th of May. I was complaining about the air conditiin was not cool. The manage came to check. Then the front desk lady called me the first time to check me out. They offered me a change of room, which I did. Then she called me again to check me out when I moved to the second room. I respect the dedication.. Professionalism to the highest quality. Yes. The second still not cool enough for my standard... Pls do something about it. Location is great, breakfast is above average.
