Regarding your concern about insufficient food supply, as it was nearing the end of breakfast hours, we were unable to replenish the food to avoid waste. Of course, please feel free to inform the staff and chef if you require any additional dishes. During holidays, most guests eat breakfast late, resulting in some times when the restaurant is crowded and some dishes and coffee may require queuing. We hope for your understanding. Response from Property: 首先非常感謝您入住太倉瑪麗蒂姆酒店，對於您本次入住期間遭遇空調效果不佳、被保潔人員打擾休息的不快，我們酒店再次向您致以誠摯歉意，這些問題確實暴露出我們在運營管理中存在不足，我們也已經針對您提到的問題完成了內部整改，避免後續再發生類似情況。您反饋問題後，我們的值班經理第一時間致歉並提出補償方案，贈送水果和甜品，當時您是認可該方案的，而且您在選擇甜品時，額外要求的馬卡龍和冰淇淋，我們也一併贈送給了您，因此我們對您退房數日後再次投訴並要求全額減免房費，確實有些意外。此次12315顯示酒店拒絕調解，並非我們迴避責任，衹是我們實在無法滿足全額免房費的訴求，並非拒絕處理問題。我們也曾主動提出其他折中方案，都未得到您的認可，對此我們深表遺憾。對於每一位客人的入住體驗，我們都始終放在第一位，對於我們自身存在的問題，我們絕不推諉，也願意承擔對應責任，但超出合理範圍的訴求，我們確實無力滿足。再次為您本次的不快體驗致歉，也歡迎所有客人對我們的服務進行監督，幫助我們不斷改進。
